Agreed. There's many ports on New England and Alaskan cruises that the bigger ships can't go to, besides a lot in the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia.

I'm simply asking how you know this? If you have actual sources and can back up your statement, then I might agree with you, and others might also. But until you do, your statement has no credibility.

The date of the cruise is on the letter. Maybe RC felt that was enough to tie it to their specific cruise?

Just a guess, but it could be because they lived local to the port.
