  1. For what’s it worth , was told By March 2023 . and yes the Voyager TA Wi-Fi was horrific. The officer in charge of Wi-Fi was the most popular and unpopular man on ship . But patient and earned my respect dealing with the thousands of complaints and continuing to show up and assist guests with a smile .
  2. For us it’s the itinerary and who you are with and not where you are at (ship)
  3. Yes not TA’s but different itineraries. Yes we have done and have loved many TA’s , repositionings into and out of Galveston, and Europe , Italy , Spain , Portugal, New Jersey Canada , Florida , and with the seasonal ships in the past . We are in Copenhagen now readying for Arctic TA to Boston .
  4. October 2022 is a repositioning from Jersey via Southern Caribbean/Columbia to Galveston. And April 2023 is Galveston via Panama Canal to Los Angelas .
  5. As of June 1, 2022, Royal Caribbean announced all unredeemed future cruise credits (FCC) offered under the Cruise with Confidence program will no longer expire.
  6. Thanks for information. See you on next legs.
  7. There has been so much improvement at terminal #2 over the years . The new section is brand new and up to date . Even without Suite Lounge, it is no issue for us . We do not go to terminal early to sit and wait .
  8. It would all depend on how much you tip him at the end of the cruise .
  9. Don’t think it can’t happen. We have tested positive for three cruises since April. We now have Certificates of Recovery.
  10. Great news from NCL today. Maybe Royal will follow and No pre cruise testing!!!!’ https://www.cruiseindustrynews.com/cruise-news/27996-norwegian-cruise-line-drops-pre-voyage-covid-19-testing.html

  12. Where is date August 31 quoted . we have 8/28 and 9/4 sailings . Thanks so much .
  13. In response to garyjames 220 on his Rome trip - Continuing relaxed protocols or your cruise will come first . Time will tell . More information on the 14th . We have same dilemma as many others do , leave in couple of weeks to go overseas before we have to test . We also have certificates of recovery. We have had three cruises cancelled on us , because of testing positive since April . Keeping a good attitude.
  14. Yes mine was conjecture and I like this one better than mine . First come in RCL system first serve . Happens all the time . But the coordination procedures suck . The bid up confirmation email and charge to card should never go out , without at least a hold on that cabin .
  15. Pure conjecture. The third party contract administration company is in the business to make money. No one will ever know what actually happened except Royal wins , administrator wins and with only OP disappointment. Sad but feeling screwed.
  16. Sounds like they assigned you upgrade cabin and some else came in after you and outbid you . And they did not honor your assignment. They probably have contractually right to do it , almost up to last hours before sailing . But we shall be watching this unfold . Good luck to you . Keep us up to date .
