  1. We’ve never been limited to one. But it could also be that we upgrade to the Premium bev pkg and (i think) that also includes 20% off wine by the bottle.
  2. FLL? How big are your suitcases? Do you have any carryon? I would do XL just incase you get the random driver that won’t put more than 1 suitcase in the boot of his Prius!
  3. I was surprised our friends could dine in Blu at any time, it was always busy during prime hours. I’m not unhappy with this decision.
  4. In December on Exlipse, sky suite guests were allowed to dine in Blu, if you really want to have a meal there ask the retreat host/hostess.
  5. Ive found that the Aqua robes which are terry cloth run much bigger than the light weight waffle in “regular” cabin which are snug on me.
  6. I would have been quite angry if I paid for wifi on our cruises. But I was on Holiday and it was just an annoyance.
  7. This week we booked a suite guarantee for Solstice departing on 2/11. No cabin assignment yet and no suites “available” to book.
  8. Eclipse has transitioned to Starlink. Our S Pacific and NZ cruises wifi in the cabin was not good. We joked that perhaps Elon doesn’t like that part of the world. Wifi was better near the elevators and in the ilounge however we did have 1-2 days with no signal at all.
  9. Looking forward to following along especially since we board on the 11th. Drive Safe and hello to Beth!
  10. For anyone reading this and freaking out, as I did momentarily. Here is the link to the Port schedule. I only see X being assigned B50 on April 1. https://www.portsamerica.com/operations/cruise-los-angeles-terminal-schedule
  11. I just booked the 2/11 cruise today and also booked with Cabo Trek. Thanks! If you have a chance can you wander by the iLounge and tell me if they are selling any Apple products. We have a large OBC…then again the Veuve dinner would be a good use of $$$. We did it previously and had a great time. Look forward to hearing about the rest of your week.
  12. This has been solved but, I have friends who fill a water bottle to take off the ship when staying at a hotel post cruise. Why not carry on Vodka in a water bottle 😆
  13. Not the Caribbean but something I’d never experienced before…We recently cruised on Eclipse and the line to disembark in a couple NZ ports was quite long (into the casino and almost to forward elevators). We joined when it was mid casino but still took us approx 20-25 min before we were down the gangway.
  14. Excited to follow along. We are flying home today after being on EC for Dec 9 and Jan 2 cruises. You mentioned Captain Theo? Is Captain Leo gone already?
  15. @ellencmp Layers! I presume this is April/May timeframe? Unless you are spending time precruise in Hawaii, pack less for the tropical weather, it will get cool a day or 2 after leaving Hawaii. We’re currently in Australia after a S Pacific cruise, heading to NZ soon. I over packed for the tropics, and have layers for NZ where even though its summer will be cooler. So similar situation 😂
  16. I can relate to the Cosmo comment. 😂 There have been many cruises where I start out my quest for the perfect Cosmo, leaving many drinks behind after one sip and off to another bar. Often I the right bar and crew who will make it as it should be.
  17. If wine tasting in WA is the goal, check out Woodinville. 30 (probably more) tasting rooms all within walking distance of one another.
  18. Looks like Santos was promoted. He is absolutely the best WCB mixologist and anyone he has trained is excellent.
  19. I think we got off the elevator at least once a day because people feel the need to see how many people will cram into the small space. And it’s disappointing that X has no social distancing reminders anywhere anymore. I’m surprised that the small S Pacific Islands are letting people disembark.
  20. I asked Future Cruises this question last month, I was told Thanksgiving timeframe.
  21. Good to know, we took the shuttle in April, Im surprised this was discontinued.
  22. We disembarked on the 24th, so no immigration. We had an 11 am flight, which I was slighty nervous about We were in group 1, off the ship and at LAX by 9:10. The taxis were not plentiful when we disembarked shortly after 8. Luckily we pre booked a private shuttle, There was no traffic but once at the airport there seemed to be long lines. Even with TSA precheck I would not risk a 10am flight.
