If its repriced it's repriced at current rates. I'm going to assume that that will be higher than what you paid. Current rates are near triple from what they were when itineraries were first released.

My experience is that the schedule of games in the app isn't accurate until you get on board and hook up to Royal's network. Assume you will be able to see the games you want to see.

I appears that it is just for Icon sailings. My Oasis sailing, the day after my I get off Icon still lists it the old way without Grats...

That's the thing... I've had bids that were considered medium to strong bids according to the little gage on the page. Still nothing! At the end of the day I doesn't bother me because I never book with expectation I'll get anything and always book a cabin I'll be happy with but it would be nice at least once to feel like you won something. 🙂

Wow! I'm still 0/9 with Royal ups. I expect to be 0/10 after my next Adventure sailing. You must live right 🙂

I wouldn't say anything until you checkin pier side. If tell them now and they reprice it as a single you are in for a big upcharge. You may get double points but those points won't be worth the increased fare. I wouldn't expect anything to be handled differently just because it is the first sailing. The people checking you in at Miami have checked in millions of people for all kinds of cruises and nothing should be different about this one.

The RoyalUp upgrade option becomes available anywhere from 90 to 30 days in advance. You will receive an email when your RoyalUp offer is an option. Alternatively you will see this option in your cruise planner... Failing those two things you can check the website directly... https://www.royalcaribbean.com/booked/cruise-room-upgrade You need to be 30 days or less for the website to accomplish anything. That being said, with sailings currently sailing at such high capacities probabilities are very low.

Good god I can't imagine. The Rangers power play is deadly, their forecheck is relentless and but for a few bounces going the other direction this game has a very different outcome. I understand being jaded... I'm a Canucks fan after all. But to think the team needs dismantling is bizarre. They must have watch a different game.

Nobody saw Vancouver being this good this year. Several preseason reports I remember reading didn't even have Vancouver in the Western Conference playoff picture. Rick Tocchet has done an amazing job this year. I have ESPN+... I'll let you know how it goes 😜 I'd love to watch a game at MSG in real life. It is such an iconic arena.

USA had a really great team this year. It was a very disappointing year for Team Canada... The great thing about the world juniors every year is that there are at least 6 teams that are in real contention every year. Plus there is a purity to the tournament that is missing in many others. It's just a bunch of 17,18 and 19 year olds playing for love of country and love of the game.

You aren’t very familiar with NHL hockey are you Jim. 16 of 32 teams make the playoff. When compared to other sports leagues that is right in the middle. NFL 14/32 NHL 16/32 NBA 16/30 Even golf is about the same… At the PGA championship 76/156 make the cut Baseball is the one exception to the rule in North American sports. Due to the lack of physical demands on the players the sport commands, they can play 162 games a season rendering an extended playoff season logistically impossible and moot.

Easy choice for me too... We booked the Icon one way back when itineraries first came out so I've had this one on the books for a while. They had a sale back in June of 2023 that dropped a beach bed to $219. I jumped on that and I grabbed UDP when they started the BF sale this year. The second half of that S2S, on Oasis, I got the new Hideaway Bay for $34 pp. I was even skeptical paying that as I'm not sure it is really the vibe I'm looking for. But it was cheap enough that if I don't like it I can just leave and not feel like I wasted to much money.

5100! Wow, yeah that would feel crowded. Music hall tribute bands were highlights of both my Ovation and Odyssey cruises. I loved the Music hall and scheduled all my evening activities around it.
