When we were on Oasis in September we really enjoyed the aqua80 show. Great job of blending/mixing songs. Our new favorite aqua show.

Did anyone else see the story about a passenger attacking a magician onboard quantum. He was upset when the magician did a fake kiss to get a card out of the mouth of a woman, presumably his wife or partner. Poor magician.

We never personally met them. We were told it was a young men in his early 20's and his parents were presented with the facts that he was brain dead and they made the decision to donate his organs while they were still viable. We wrote a letter to them that was handled by the transplant team and never received a response (which we hear is common). While Eric was recovering from the transplant on a special floor of the hospital we learned there were several other patients on the floor that had received various organs. Initially, we would see some of these people when visiting the hospital transplant team. Some of them seem to be bonding with others but we didn't stay in touch

Not on the 2 future Anthem cruises we have booked nor is it available on our Serenade sailing later this year.

Thank you! Happy to hear both of your friends are doing well. As Marietta said, having a positive attitude is very important. The first year or so comes with a lot of doctor appointments, testing, medication changes, etc. It truly is the gift of life😃 Whenever we celebrate Eric's transplant we also remember the young man that lost his life (and his parents who had to made the decision to donate his organs). He continues to live on as he saved a couple of lives that day. We heard several of his organs were successfully transplanted in others in need.

Thank you for the tip. 😀 We will request evening service and will simply leave the magnet on our door until we leave for dinner. That way we will have wet towels removed from our day time activities and have clean towels for the evening and next day when we shower again. Problem solved, let's hope that works on our next cruise in 2 weeks.

Did you have the option to pick an evening cleaning? If so, that is what we plan on doing then we will have clean towels for the next day and all wet towels will be removed from our showers pre-dinner.

Eric had his 7 yr transplant anniversary the end of February. He thought it was 8 yr. but I keep reminding him it was 2016.

I just checked and do not see this category on any of our cruises booked for this year.

So true...our Son Chris was born on March 5th and Eric born March 31st. We have 2 very good friends celebrating their birthdays this week too! June is another great month😍
