    LOL at the example of the potential relationship of consumption of margarine and the divorce rate in Maine! My thinking is the arrival time of one's luggage by 1:30 (or thereabouts ) and the luggage tag being printed in color is an example of association.

    Also: Use a passport instead of a birth certificate. Scan and go as you leave the terminal at several ports. Indirectly cruise related: TSA Pre Check is the way to go. Don't book a flight home with a departure before noon. Good advice I don't follow: Arrive the day before the cruise due to potential travel issues.

    My advice: Don't put your luggage out the last evening. Carry it off.

    I have two Next Cruise certificates I will be using for a few cruises out of Cape Liberty.

    I wish my Motorola phone offered that option.

    It has worked on several ships for me. I would test it at home first. For some reason, it did not work with a particular USB cable. Also, I have an Android phone.

    If you're able to add the extra person, they can sleep in whichever room they please. Hopefully, all of the spots/seats for the lifeboats for that particular muster zone aren't full.

    When I cruise solo, I buy a one device plan. When I want to connect to the internet on my laptop, I turn on USB tethering on my phone. Works great.

    I had to tell the Next Cruise agent I do not want my certificates associated with my current travel agent. The rep asked me to sign a form and that removed the association.

    I am going to relate it to residential condo towers. As you go higher, generally it gets more expensive. The penthouse units are the most expensive. Since they're more expensive, they should also have greater balcony square footage.

    I wish there was a compiled list of all group rates and dates. I'd book a balcony on Icon for $2900 max.

    Subscribe to the roll call. Someone will update the thread when reservations open up. You want to reserve ASAP. However, there will be a standby line and you'll usually be able to get in. Don't sweat the Aqua Theater shows. Just walk all the way rear on Deck 7 and exit the doors. Easy.

    Also note: Some school districts have Spring Break that week.

    It could be sold out, they may be making some stateroom adjustments behind the scenes, very small chance the ship has been chartered, unlikely the ship will be out of service for repairs. There could be many reasons but there's a good chance you'll be on the ship enjoying your vacation that week.
