  1. Cannot speak with absolute certainty...but I would think anybody "in authority" at the terminal should be able to help or at least point you in the right direction. It might help us to better answer if you could share exactly what type of assistance is needed.
  2. You very likely will need to log in as the original booked passenger to "register" one (or more) of the four devices...but that's easy enough to coordinate with your travelling party.

  5. Welcome to Cruise Critic for *both* of you! I'm not sure if either of you are aware...but you are responding to a post from 2021. The app has been updated MANY times since then...both for IOS and Android. There is no longer a provision to upload a covid vax card...and the passport "scan" has been significantly improved as well. Perhaps passports are different in the UK...but in the US you only "scan" the one page that has the barcode. I use the term "scan" very loosely because you are allowing the camera to use its OCR capability to "read" that barcode. Again...I may be WAY off base with UK passports. If so...apologies!
  6. My personal opinion...all of the "sales" are just rehashing & remixing the same perks and promotions. I really don't find any significant difference in any of them.
  7. If you book a hotel package through Princess they provide the transfers.
  8. Blackberry is EXCELLENT. I have never used them for that long of a run, though I did get a quote just recently for that. We use them all the time for airport/hotel runs any time we are in London. They will be a bit pricey but you will not find better or more professional service.

  10. We just got a call from our CVP last night. I have spoken with her on several occasions but have never actually booked through her. I tend to just blow through it on the website and book it myself. I think I should rethink that process and get her looped in on future bookings.

  14. Pretty sure you are seeing a "casino offer". Everybody will not see this.
  15. Pure speculation on my part...but I think maybe it is to allow passengers who book very late a chance to reserve a spot. Same thing with Chef's Table and Winemaker's Dinner. If you *could* pre-reserve as with excursions...all possible spots would be filled before these late bookers even had a chance. Yes...I know there will be those who take the attitude of "You snooze, you lose" as far as booking. I'm not saying that it should or shouldn't be done either way...just my opinion as to why they *might* be doing it this way.
  16. We just did a cruise back in October 2022 where we docked at Oceankaj Cruise Terminal.
  17. I'm sure everyone is aware that the doors don't *lock*....they just close between the firewalled compartments. You can open them at will...although they could be somewhat heavy.

  20. By your statement of "don't have apps" are we to assume that you do not have a smartphone...or at least a phone that is compatible with the app? You can do almost everything you need to do as far as getting up to "green lane" by using a PC or tablet. Do you know how to get into the "Cruise Personalizer" for your cruise? If so, just scroll down a bit on the summary page until you see: Click on "Try our web version" You should be able to find your way from there...but if not just come back and ask for more help. Plenty of people here who will be glad to help out.
