I think we are about to book the Silhouette for March 2026 to go to the ABC islands. Would you like to join us ? 😏😏. We are “lone wolves” on this thread . We actually really enjoy the E class Retreat experience 😂😂😂. Of course there are a couple of things we would change, but for what we like — fabulous shows, game shows, trivia, casino — they are excellent. The theaters are second to none. We love the ocean views from the Retreat Lounge. Even in our early years, we have never sat at a bar for a drink so the lack of bar seating is not a negative for us . The sunset bar, particularly on Beyond and Ascent is stunning —- maybe they should have let Nate Bermuda design the Retreat Lounge😂. One of the main reasons we will hop back to S-class is so we can have access to the MDR menu in Luminae. It’s all good, we enjoy them all —- choice is good. mac_tlc

Last year, and again this year, they are closed from June 1 through August 31 during hurricane season. I agree Mark, Jane, David and Julie are wonderful hosts! mac_tlc

We have been to Falmouth a number of times, most recently on Beyond in February. By far, I find this to be the highlight:

Sounds like a fun trip! Interested in your Brightline experience. Reviews I have seen seem favorable, but the cost scares me away. We are contemplating doing two TA’s in 2025 to/from Barcelona on different cruise lines. The round trip ticket approach seems like it can be a “bargain”. mac_tlc

We were on the Beyond in February, 11 night Southern Caribbean. It was definitely full and, at times, it was noticeable. The Pool deck and Solarium were packed -- early and often. Chair hogs were out in full force. We did not notice it as much in the other venues, although at late morning on a sea day Cafe alBacio was packed too, very tough to get a seat anywhere on deck 4. Having said all that, we would not hesitate to do it again. FWIW, here is a link to my LIVE... mac_tlc

The 12/1 is Nassau, Labadee, Grand Cayman. 11/17 and 12/15 are Bimini, Labadee, Grand Cayman. Don't disagree on the premise, though. That itinerary is offered in January 2025 also -- will be interesting to see if those prices "adjust". mac_tlc

I think the itinerary may be a factor. The surrounding cruises are $2K more for a SS. For us, we probably wouldn’t get off the ship all week. My guess is that Labadee won’t happen by then but who knows. we have been to Labadee a bunch of times on Royal, but those sandy, beech days are in the rear view mirror for us —— especially if the option is to sit in Cafe alBacio and enjoy an almond croissant 😜. mac_tlc
