  1. Getting a screen capture depends on the platform / device being used to access CC. The end result will usually be a file containing the image. That file can be uploaded to a CC post. On some platforms the image can be dragged and dropped in the edit box. Even cut and pasted. Independent of platform, at the bottom of the edit box there is an Add Files link. Click / tap the link, select the screen capture file. Once it uploads, place the edit cursor where you want the screen shot placed in the post and click / tap the Insert link.
  2. Did you consider a limo service to Toronto?
  3. You have posted in the wrong forum. But to answer your query, it's not the Jones Act which deals with shipping, it's the Passenger Vessel Services Act that would be violated. That act does not allow foreign flagged vessels to transport passengers between two US ports. The problem you have encountered has been raised before. A search of the boards will turn up a number of threads. I don't believe there is a work around. A good summary of the PVSA can be found at https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Passenger_Vessel_Services_Act_of_1886.
  4. Bringing medical cannabidiol on board violates passenger contracts. While the chances of a gummy being detected may be very low, consider the consequences and remember a stateroom is visited and tidied at least once a day by ship personnel. I would advise the OP to consult their pain management team for possible temporary alternatives.
  5. Yes. But it may not wait that long. We had booked a cruise line tour of San Juan many years ago. It was scheduled to depart at 9am. Ship was late and didn't get cleared until after 9am. We were told to disembark immediately and the bus would wait. With everyone trying to get off, disembarkation took longer than usual. We arrived as the bus was pulling out. Major argument to get a refund.
  6. This. As a rule I do not follow links to unknown web sites.
  7. It's too bad you didn't create this thread as a poll so we could easily see if there was a marked preference.
  8. Since the cancellation was for something related to safety I don't believe you are entitled to any compensation from the airline. https://otc-cta.gc.ca/eng/air-passenger-protection-regulations-highlights Not sure why you expect any compensation from the cruise line. Missing all or part of a voyage does not entitle a passenger to compensation. Check the cruise contract. I'd be embarrassed to seek compensation from a cruise line for something entirely outside its control.
  9. Perhaps your friend has or can more rapidly acquire one of the other documents listed in the Land or Sea Travel section of https://help.cbp.gov/s/article/Article-3618?language=en_US.
  10. Use the download. It is a single document that lists all the data commonly required by foreign governments and has both the provincial and federal government logos. For cruises out of the US it is unlikely that proof will have to be produced. But if needed, using the document designed for international travel makes the most sense.
  11. For all provinces, links can be found at https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/coronavirus-disease-covid-19/vaccines/vaccine-proof.html
  12. ArriveCAN is currently only a portal to the CBSA Advanced Declaration. It is entirely optional and only supported in a few arrival locations, Quebec (YQB) being one. See https://www.canada.ca/en/border-services-agency/services/arrivecan.html for details.
  13. Visit Canada portal https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada.html?outside Entry requirements https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/entry-requirements-country.html#us-citizens The ArriveCAN app can be downloaded and used to complete an Advanced CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) Declaration to speed up entry when you land. In general US Citizens do not require a visa before entry as a tourist. One thing that does seem to catch a number of visitors are prior convictions. Someone convicted of what is deemed "serious criminality" in Canada may be inadmissible. See DUI example https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=152&top=8.
  14. For those that don't know. (It's pinned at the top of the forum.)
  15. It does seem related to the display size. Both my phone and tablet show the 035 in portrait but not in landscape.
  16. I generally don't use my desktop for CC browsing. After reading your post I fired it up. (Windows 10, Chrome), doesn't have the 035. Of course the layout is significantly different.
  17. I think the question was about the 035 in the top right corner of the page.
  18. Solo cabins are not available in all ships and vary a fair bit. A very recent live review of someone in a solo cabin on the Prima. Somewhere in the thread are pictures of the cabin.
  19. I'm amazed. My suitcases take more damage most flights. 😀
  20. I can't imagine this surviving airport baggage handling.
  21. I wonder how noisy the cabins and balconies are during slide use.
