Happy Friday everyone. Thank you for the Daily and Fleet report. It was cold when I took Fancy out this morning. Temperatures in the low 50s. A wonderful change from the heat over the past weeks. This is my kind of weather. Appointment with the chiropractor then several work meetings which will be done at home. Looks like it will be a great weekend to get to a garden center and get my pumpkins and fall plants. Thinking of all on the care list. Celebrating with all who are celebrating. Good morning, everyone. Thanks for the Daily and Fleet reports. Should be somewhat cooler today. Lots of appointments today both personal and clients. Turns out Fancy has a little separation anxiety. When I work from my home office, I have to shut the door as she comes in and gets into the cat stuff. When I close the door, she gets anxious and starts chewing on things. I may have to crate her when I am on video calls. She loves her crate and feels safe there. She also gets worried when I leave her sight and comes looking for me. I sense some abuse in her past. I was never given much of a history. She is a sweet dog who loves to cuddle. She is also a funny and very active dog, in the afternoons. She is not a morning dog. Love her. Thank you for your review. I will be on the Sky 10/9/2024 to 10/19/2024 from Quebec to Baltimore. My last NCL ship was the Pearl in 2022 and this year I sailed on a similar sized ship with HAL. I think it is the perfect size ship for me and my sister.

Happ Wednesday. Thank you for the Daily and Fleet reports. It will be a cooler day today after thunderstorms last night. I am working from home today, have quite a bit of paperwork and such to do. @Lady Hudson, I live quite close to the area where the manhunt continues. I have noticed my local police are patrolling more frequently. It is nerve wracking having to be so vigilant. I have security cameras and such and I make sure the system is armed. The results of the MRI show that the adrenal mass has grown slightly but it was confirmed to be benign. Never had an MRI before. Very interesting process. Interesting meal and drink of the day. Scotland is on my bucket list as I do have Scottish blood to go with my Armenian blood. Thinking of all on the care list. Celebrating with all who are celebrating. Have a safe and healthy day.

Good morning, everyone. Thank you for the Daily and Fleet reports. I still remember exactly what I was doing when the first reports came in about the first plane hitting the towers. I remember standing there in disbelief as I watched the television, and my brain was trying to make sense of what I had just seen. This is always a somber day. I am preparing for my MRI today. I booked a 10-day Canada/New England cruise from Quebec to Baltimore on the NCL Sky for October 2024. So excited. I am addicted to cruising, I think. Thinking of all on the care list. It will be a very hot week with little rain so I am doing the best I can to keep the vegetables and roses alive. Today, I am in the office to see clients. Looking forward to a shortened week. I have decided that since I miss cruising so much, and my cruise in 2025 is so far away, I am having my TA see what she can come up with for a cruise to Canada/New England for next October. To me, the smaller ships are not those ships with all the slides and stuff on the top and have more over 4000 people. It is the perfect size for me. I would also travel on ships even smaller than the Nieuw Amsterdam.

I was on Nieuw Amsterdam this past May/June. It was my first sailing with HAL. I loved it. We had cabin 7094 which was a verandah cabin. I thought it was in a good location. While on the balcony, we could hear the naturalist from the speakers on the Lido deck which was two decks up. We had difficulty with hearing announcements in our cabin. Sometimes we would hear and sometimes we would not. In Glacier Bay, we did go to the bow of the ship and walk around the promenade deck. It was raining heavily. We went to our cabin which is covered. The captain turned the ship around so all sides of the ship could view the glacier. I thought the food was wonderful. It was delicious and filling. We had anytime dining but we made reservations and did not have to wait for a table. Overall, I really enjoyed the ship. We did a lot of trivia which was fun. We went to the casino and played bingo (I actually won the jackpot at bingo). I love these smaller ships. We are going on the sister ship, Eurodam in 2025. I did not do the land portion.

Good morning and Happy Tuesday. Thanks for the Daily and Fleet reports. Cooler and a little muggy today. This humidity is awful. Working in the office today. I am scheduled for an MRI on 9/11/2023. An adrenal mass was discovered in 2019 when I was hospitalized for gall bladder issues. No one was very concerned at the time. My doctor at my last appointment just wants to follow up with it. Last night, Fancy decided to chew on my coffee table. Luckily it is old and we have been considering replacing it. She does keep me on my toes. Thinking of all on the care list. Going for a massage and then will be attending to my classes and grading assignments for the rest of the day. I will take several breaks with Fancy taking her for walks today. I will have the cranberry mojito as I eat my delicious garlic butter lobster tail. So many to remember on Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day. My cats, Squeaky, Misha, Tommy, Basil, Pepper, Tabitha, Frisky, Stripes, and Bradley. Most recently my beloved dog Abby. What wonderful pets they all were. I will be listening to church online, throwing dinner in the crockpot (macaroni and cheese with cauliflower), then a Zoom call with my family.
