It was the maiden for Brilliant Lady and over Christmas. I’m guessing they felt cancelling a Christmas cruise deserves more compensation.

Generally there won’t be a stand up comedy show, although occasionally they do feature as part of the rotating festival stage guests acts. But the diva drag queen presents a funny show, It’s a Ship Show has funny moments as well as Miss Behave gameshow and on Resilient Lady the Mind Mangler stage show is hilarious. But you generally won’t find stand up comedy.

Yep we were wondering if some friends would join us, but seems too late for them now.

That’s a great price, but the nine night was even better deal, we got seriously suite for $188 per person per night.

I’ve seen a lot of people mention the changing space but I didn’t find it strange at all, much nicer to have single occupancy cubicles in general rather than look at naked people even of the same gender.

Well that and Brilliant Lady not being ready! But yes I think they expect sailing directly out of Portsmouth will attract more Brits as it removes some of the travel costs. We’ve however gone for the Barcelona to Athens cruise as it is a fantastic price and offers more interesting stops.

well no one seems to have complained about Resilient Lady moving from Athens to Portsmouth for late summer 2024, so I guess those bookings were very very low, but maybe people didn’t want to book more than a year ahead. Also the repositioning Athens to Barcelona and Barcelona to Portsmouth are being sold as charters by Atlantis now. most of the affected people on this board are either from Brilliant or Valiant Lady sailings it seems.

Yes she should make her own account in the app and then link using the booking reference. Or might already link if you added her email at the booking stage (I’m not entirely sure how that bit works, my first cruise was two years ago and since then the voyages just appear in the app when my husband books them). as far as i know if there are any check in steps not done then you get sent to a seperate check in line at the terminal to complete them.

others have said there was IT changes, it’s not just the bookings. Most of those with cancellations wouldn’t now be using the app to book dining or anything.

They did something to their IT systems last week and it’s made everything even worse than it was.

I agree that a lot of dishes weren’t served with enough vegetables. I love the corn in Pink Agave but there wasn’t a green vegetable option for those who wanted it. At the Wake there is creamed spinach and mushrooms but still not the healthiest. Gunbae is probably the worst for vegetable sides, but that’s not kinda expected with the type of cuisine. The meal at the Ship Show dinner show probably needed something else on the plate alongside the chicken escalope. But I eat lunch from the salad bar in the Galley regularly when onboard, the choice there is pretty good and they also have daily specials of smaller salads along with the menu options or create your own.

Social insider is four single bunk beds only I think, don’t think there is any other option. If you want a double you need the regular insider.

Pretty much yes. Some bars and similar have slightly different furniture layouts, but the cabin positions are the same.

You can only cash out the winnings, not the loot that hasn’t been played. So if you load $20, play $10 and win $15 you can cash out the $15 leaving $10 loaded for future play.

Yep the vegetarian one is the wedge shape, I assume the standard round one uses gelatine. They are both coconut and chocolate but the vegetarian has a stronger coconut flavour and the regular round one has a stronger chocolate flavour.
