  1. I had a bottle of Beringer Knights Valley given to me on my November 2023 cruise but beverage manager said it was priced at $83 onboard so perhaps the one you had in Murano was the lower end one. In any case still a decent wine.
  2. I'm not all that crazy about Caymus; other wines out there at better price points. I bought a half size bottle at Christmas just to see what all the hype was about. I like Austin Hope but the ship doesn't carry it.
  3. No points posted this morning as I think its a holiday in the US.
  4. I'm curious, what wine can you buy for $40 with the discount? I also take advantage of HH with one or 2 Cosmopolitans sometimes I get grey goose but most times its Absolut vodka which is perfectly fine. Then I'll order a nice Cabernet if I don't already have a bottle waiting for me at the MDR. I don't do specialty dining so big savings there. My day starts with a mimosa then on sea days I may have an Aspen coffee at Cafe El Bacio. Apart from the Aspen which is 2x on a 10 night cruise all other drinks are covered by Elite plus.
  5. They don't encourage it but they won't stop you. I always take a mimosa to the MDR. I don't always have a big breakfast either, sometimes just toast and cereal. A mimosa at the MDR is $11 plus 20% maybe more since my cruise in November.
  6. 844 418 6824 is the Captains club phone number. They will e mail captains club for the missing points or any other issues one might have. I have always found them pretty quick to respond via email. A couple years ago I was missing a lot of points from two cruises as I sailed solo and was only awarded points based on single occupancy and the points were added within days.
  7. Yes to both but I'm too frugal. I guess old habits are hard to break. 😆
  8. If they are not in your account I would call Tuesday; they answer pretty quickly early morning. They did say the 14th so have the rest of the day to post.
  9. Are you allowed to bring onboard a small 6 pack of Evian? Was planning to stop at Publix the day before cruise. I think it's 9.50 to buy large one onboard plus 20%.
  10. Didn't need to use it. We were 6 solos who met every night for martinis and dinner. One lady bought all the professional pictures and emailed them to us.
  11. I don't think anyone's had them added to their total points yet
  12. I'll give it a try next time I have dinner guests.
  13. Yep. I was on the Silhouette last November and usually got them at Cafe El bacio as part of my Elite plus benefits but lines were long at 8 am and service slow. My waiter during the Elite said he'd make me one.
  14. I've been making mimosas for breakfast with the extra prosecco I had on hand at Christmas.
  15. I can get my Caramel Macchiato there as well.
  16. I enjoy the Elite breakfast for the mimosas and the aft view on S class ships is great.
  17. I'm enjoying all the benefits from Elite + and take full advantage of everything except for the discounted wine.
  18. No eggs or bacon but I do enjoy their fruit and also cheese plate while sipping on a peach bellini.
  19. I guess I'm door #2. See them in my history.
  20. Yes me too. I've already found a cruise for next fall less than double occupancy
  21. Thats good to hear or I would have gone elsewhere
  22. Thats pretty crappy. I'll just book onboard then transfer to a TA to get additional OBC.
  23. I believe the OBC for some cabin categories were reduced in November 2023. I was on a 10 night cruise in a verandah cabin which I booked using a future booking credit and got $250.
