  1. We are currently in the calm before the storm here. It was a sunny day and just above freezing. Tomorrow night it’s going to get crazy, that is if the weather people are right.
  2. Thanks Twangster. It sounds like there will be growing pains with benefits of stronger service at the start with even better things come.
  3. Yes, your last sentence is no surprise at all. Do you think it will be better service overall? Do you think there will be the poor service zones, like when it the narrow channels like sailing in Alaska such as to Skagway?
  4. In reality I’d be happy to have the old “good” limits on all the ships. Would I pay more for a super stream, maybe. OK, more like probably. I’d like a reliable good product across the board. Mariner and Serenade were painful for internet.
  5. All of these are very good suggestions. It seems like an “empty” lounge is poor use of space, however for the suite guests that want a seat when they arrive it is an interesting situation.
  6. This ship keeps getting more interesting to me the more I look at it.
  7. There will be your two seats and our three as well. We never visit the lounges DL, CL, and SL. It isn’t our thing. I was just wondering if there was a way to make it work for the Pinnacles that can’t go in, but if the vouchers continue it’s all good for some/many Pinnacles.
  8. So is a JS, but there is a difference. I was just talking about money spent, as a comparable to your comment to someone else. There is always someone who spent more. A Pinnacle member with 7,000 points (if one exists I honestly do not know) has more than likely spent more but I wouldn’t bet money on that.
  9. Thanks for this information. We have a Water Park cabana in a couple weeks time which has curtain walls. I doubt this one will have one but I'm curious to see what will await us.
  10. What is the compromise if there was to be one? As you mention the lounge appears to be under utilized when they are not allowed in, but a suite guest can easily come and go as they wish when the lounge is empty. What if a SL could only hold 30 Pinnacles and there were 70 on board do they let the first 30 in every night and the other 40 don't get in? Would there be a line every night when it opens like Adventure Ocean? Once capacity is hit then that's it. It could work what happens when a husband wife couple is split because the suppose is #41 in the line. Could this work? I guess Pinnacles could get a rotating night schedule but that sounds like a lot to organize and then regulate at the door. Unfortunately RC has created a program to which has had great success in growing the members of the ranks. Other than attrition these ranks will not decline, unless C&A members stop sailing. I wonder if the D lounge will eventually become the Pinnacle Lounge and the Diamonds sadly got the boot. I wonder if this is to come in the next couple of years.
  11. Here is another spin on funds spent. How about the D+ who sail 98% of the time in Star Class and the others in full suites. 😱 Events such as Diamonds in December helped to create this "monster".
  12. Good to know. The ones on Chill Beach did not have them in October 2019.
  13. Three tier of hangers and clothing would also add a lot of weight to the closet rod as well.
  14. I have only seen them in the floating cabanas in Coco Cay. They were not in the suite cabanas at barefoot beach in October. Are they in other ones?
  15. I was not. As many know, I’m dead serious about raisins.
  16. Thanks Chief for explaining how behind the scenes work. I follow a social media group that is Crew postings and this issue of "no food" has never been mentioned, and it covers all major lines and ships located around the world. I would think that if this was an actual issue it would have been come up over the last 5 years I've been a member. Sounds more like a crew member with poor time management or looking to pull at heart strings.
  17. I would appreciate that being hidden around the ship VS rubber ducks. 🙂
