  1. Are you sure you are thinking of edge class ships hcat? This kind of event definitely happens on m and S class vessels.
  2. I see that you are fairly new to this boards. It will be helpful if you put something in the title of your post other than “question about…..” or “new to ….” something like “where to smoke cigars on beyond” is likely to get the answer you seek.
  3. Not true! I witnessed a helicopter landing on the bow. Only once but it does happen on Celebrity.
  4. Yes it does happen. Not often but it might cause anxiety knowing that it’s possible, so I would say that an infinite verandah is not a good choice for you and your wife.
  5. If close to land yes, they will divert. But most helicopter evacuations do not involve the copter landing. It hovers above the ship and the patient is winched up. I have seen several of these helicopter evacuations since I used choose forward-facing rooms.
  6. Any reference to fixed dining is an artifact of the Celebrity IT booking system, which has never been updated since they started the edge class ships. It’s annoying and inexplicable. No one knows why they don’t change it.
  7. That may be so in Luminae but in the main dining room there are assistant waiters, which is what the OP asked about
  8. If there truly is an emergency at home, wondering if this or that procedure will work on a phone isn’t on point. The procedure given in post #5 will always work.

  15. Hindsight is always 20/20. But now I’m stuck with trying to figure out how to reset. when I push the “forgot my password button” the next screen flashes by so quickly I cannot access it🙁

  17. Thanks for the information. That is the problem. That account no longer exists. I hope someone at Princess can help me change that invalid email account to a valid one.

  19. I am not able to login on the app at all but on my tablet I was able to log into my Princess account and I want to change my login ID and password. I got this error message: “login ID/password updation not completed as email/Flag is not Migrated” I am hoping someone with more computer knowledge than I have can tell me what that means. is updation even a word? I have tried calling Princess, and the agent I spoke with had no idea. all help appreciated.
  20. I have seen this offered in January and February, but never in March It’s very popular, so I imagine that most cabins sell out quickly. They have no reason to withhold any.
  21. Just this afternoon, I was using two devices simultaneously. I was seeing something on my tablet and was calling about it on my phone. It’s not that unusual.
