Never said it didn't have any food.

I have sailed Jewel a few times but not for a few years. Cafe Lattetudes only had espresso based specialty coffees when we sailed. Jewel also does not have a Park Cafe in the Solarium like the other Radiance class ships. There is a coffee station outside the Windjammer that is open off hours.

I have submitted my receipts and also received the automated email but have not received any reimbursement yet. The letter said it is taking around 30 days and I will be 30 days tomorrow. My cruise was out of Seattle and I quarantined on the ship and in Seattle. They are supposed to reimburse $250/day for hotel and $100/day for food. Some letters also say up to $400 for flight change fees.

I didn't realize you didn't have a letter with the email address in it, I would have given it to you. You should get an email confirming receipt almost immediately. I still haven't heard anything else on my hotel reimbursement, so they are taking a long time.

They will work on a different cruise if they were never used on the cruise you received the cup on. We have many cups at home in their original wrappers. The RFID ship is not activated until it is used for the first time.

Docs Needed for Online Check-In?

No problem using your PC at all. You also don't need to stay up late to do it. Just do it first thing when you get up and you will be fine. -
Hoping Chief is still around....

That can be said for any port because is they don't allow them on the ship, the ship will not be allowed into that port. -
11718 is the last balcony cabin aft on the starboard side of the ship. Easy to remember is port is left side of ship and both have four letters. Right is starboard side of ship.

Enchantment is currently sailing from Baltimore. Doubt you did Alaska on it last month. -

Carrying CBD on a domestic flight is completely different than taking it on a cruise ship in international waters. -

CBD products are prohibited on the ship. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/prohibited-items-onboard-policy If you google your question, drug dogs can smell CBD products. -

The first link I gave you has the customer service number on the bottom. Being a Crown and Anchor member, I would start with that number instead. If you are cancelling a reservation, whether it is for covid or otherwise, you call the cruise line. Not sure why you can't see that. -
@dani negreanu Sorry you had so many issues with food on your cruise. We also had issues on Quantum in Coastal Kitchen, including under cooked baked potatoes, roasted potatoes and potatoes au gratin that we gave up on potatoes. Potatoes should not be hard crunchy it they are cooked! I also sent fish back twice and actually walked out one night because we were just done with constant issues. We tried WJ one night and did as you, took laps before we could find something we would eat. I am not sure if it is lack of staff or lack of experienced staff but the quality was just not what it used to be.

Not sure what else you need. You test positive, you call and cancel, they tell you where to send proof, they send refund. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/content/dam/royal/resources/pdf/covid-19-cancellations-and-refunds-policy.pdf -

Quantum skipping glacier
reallyitsmema replied to Slidell_Cruiser's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Both Ovation and Quantum have excursions at Dawes Glacier. They have an extended Northstar experience that goes out over the side of the ship. They also have the Glacier Experience which is the boat that is pictured above that goes to the face of the glacier. The ship stops in the fjord to load the excursion boat and after they excursion, the boat takes the passengers to Juneau to catch up with the ship that has already left the fjord.
