  1. Kids are certainly allowed in the bars on board and can get a non alcoholic beverage.
  2. $236.99 plus gratuity is $279.64 so it’s a savings of a few bucks each? CP purchases usually end in either .99 or an even dollar amount before gratuity so I think the $282.94 included gratuities?
  3. Loved the solarium on Explorer, great social atmosphere without the craziness of the main pool. You could easily talk to other cruisers & the bar was terrific. Those too young (and one woman vaping??) were politely asked to leave. We hung out there every day.
  4. We used SAS Transportation, good service, $15 pp each way. Do be aware, boarding will probably not start until 10:30/11AM
  5. The attitude here is appalling. I’ll just pretend to be a right/left wing gun toting, they’re all guilty type. No one will select me and that part of being a patriotic American can be somebody else’s problem. So much for the right to be judged by a jury of your peers. Wait, maybe I don’t want people who would do that on a jury.
  6. That roux is also the base of my homemade New England clam chowder.
  7. Yup, I make many family recipes that my Sicilian friends have never heard of.
  8. Come from a working class Italian family, never heard of it.
  9. Hey, you didn’t happen to be on Explorer during the Series? We watched with some rabid Phillies fans every night & had a blast!
  10. Glad I wasn’t the only one confused.🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I had $110 in OBC due to a specialty dining cancellation. Went to the casino following instructions just like the ones posted by LilBlackDress, immediately cashed out, took the ticket to the cashier & got the cash. Did not have to actually play nor did I get the stink eye from anyone.
  11. Nope, never been on a cruise that changed to port time.
  12. Oh you’re right! Just looked again & it is surf & stream. Thanks for everyone’s help😊
  13. Notes from our 12 day (8 on board) vacation. Wore swimsuits all day & capris with a couple different tops at night. Used 2 cotton dresses. Went home with at least 40% unworn. Only used 2 pr of nicer flip flops so wasted room on the other 2 pr of sandals. With souvenirs for the grands and about 5 lbs of reading material bags on the way home weighed 36 & 39 lbs and I used my oversized handbag for travel docs and meds so nothing in the overhead. I swear next cruise I’m bringing 3 bathing suits, 3 sundresses and my Jammie’s 😁
  14. But it is for DIET ginger ale. That is only available in the freestyle machines hence I need the cup.
  15. Like a diet ginger ale or 2 a day. Need the cup to get it.
  16. So that is a decent price? Never even looked at internet packages before.
  17. Harmony in May and he does kinda need to talk to him.
  18. And Surf will be sufficient for the phone calls?
  19. Ok making me drool on my phone!! Childhood memories at Point O Woods Beach with Uncle Tony grilling sweet Italian sausage.
  20. My son will need to call his son every day. That will be the only access we need so will Surf be enough? Right now it’s $18.99 combined with the Classic Soda Package. I’m Diamond so that’s all I plan to get. If I do, can I just give him my log in to use? And is that a decent price?
  21. And that’s how my father liked it 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
  22. Is there any other way to prepare the ricotta cheese? I mean you don’t use it straight out of the container 🤷‍♀️. Truth be told, I’d eat it with a spoon out of the container but that’s not how I prepare it for lasagna.
  23. Because $72,99 IS the BOGO price. It’s not one at $72.99 and the second at $36.49. If you read the part in red is says the price reflects the discount. The half off is off the on board price of probably $98.
  24. If you call, the second person can purchase the refreshment package. This cannot be done on line.
