    Totally understand having to do this but what a huge disappointment for the upcoming cruisers. Especially the ones this Saturday. I was on her last month, a great cruise with no issues.

    @Saint Greg, make sure to check your on board account closely on Princess, my last two cruises, lots of errors every day. Had the Plus pkg and it was charging for drinks. Always got it corrected but was a hassle. Excited for your excellent review as always!!

    The only brand I know that has unflavored ones is called LMNT, found on Amazon. There may be others though.

    My guess would be no, they don’t how the cabin is booked. I don’t think you could get a definitive answer on this either but I could be wrong.

    They have powder packets you can get on Amazon. These are what I use and bring on my cruises.

    I said we all have iPhones in my post. It may help someone in the same situation. I never had an android phone, so I didn’t comment on that.

    Just off Panorama. Did not buy a plan, was able to text family & friends back home using ships Wi-Fi and on airplane mode. We all have iPhones.

    The emergency contact number is 800-227-6482, M-S 7:00am-12:00am EST. Make sure they know your booking number. When you’re in port, the Fun Times has the port contact person & emergency number either bring that with you or take down that info. It will be different for each port. Have a great cruise & relax!

    I remember people saying that about the mattresses on the Discovery as well when it first launched. I was on the third sailing but didn’t notice it or it didn’t bother me.

    I have Cheers on my upcoming cruise and I plan on having many of the Patron Anejo at $19 a shot. The dollar limit amount is $20.00.

    Haven't been on a Carnival ship in a while but in 20 days, my tradition will be once on board, get muster done, get a Fun Ship Special, go to Guy's burger for lunch, go to the buffet for a slice of Funfetti cheesecake, then sit in the atrium with a drink until the room is ready. Can't wait!

    My cruise next month has these times too and they are not ideal. Most things will be open from my prior experience.

    The Fun Ship is a tradition for me. Only 32 more days to go!

    These are my favorite balconies on the Royal class ships. Was in S218 on Discovery last November and absolutely loved it. I could open my cabin door to see how crowded the Retreat pool was. Go grab a drink at the Retreat bar. The Lido deck was one flight down. The hot tubs were one deck above. No noise and the balcony is a tad bit larger than the regular balconies. I don’t think you’d be disappointed at all. View from my cabin door.

    This was from my Mexican Riviera cruise on the Discovery Princess last November. All of the food was very good.

    We booked a Thanksgiving cruise 3 days before departure on a Royal Caribbean ship, called and got the last interior cabin available. When we entered the cabin on embarkation day, there was a crew member all settled in, working on his PC at the desk. We all went to GS to get it straightened out and unfortunately the crew member was moved. I still feel bad for him to this day.
