  2. Three weeks, three phone calls, two service tickets and still can't get my Medallion to work; time to write Collin and/or Lorna.
  3. That app leaves a lot to be desired! It's the worse! Delete and reinstall.
  4. Back in 2019 on a Princess cruise had absolutely no issues with setting up/using the Medallion app. Not in 2023-- agree-- the worse!
  5. I think there's only one Princess app for the Medallion.

  7. I don't have any issue with logging on to the Princess web site; the problem is that it doesn't accept my booking number, [which is valid]. Three calls to Princess and even though the "navigator" said all is fixed, it's not! My question is---is it too early, (cruise is for next March) to complete the app? Does Princess say, 'the cruise is scheduled for next March, we have plenty of time to fix this, let it go'? Even though the cruise at least 7 months away, I like to have things in order now. Is it too much to ask? What do ya think? thanks all.
  8. I had the same problem with the app; last week I called and after an hour on the phone; the "navigator" said she was going to put in a service ticket and I should try again after a week. So, I waited a week and tried again, still not working. Called again, and another "navigator" worked with me to get this issue resolved. Spent about a half hour on the phone, he said he could get my reservation on the app and I should try in 24 hours. We'll try again later, this seems to be an issue with lots of people. Back in 2019, when we cruised with Princess, the medallion app worked perfectly the first time, so I guess upgrades have been done, and the Princess IT unit has to get the kinks out. Keep trying, it'll work eventually. 😃

  10. We have a cruise reserved for next March and have reserved what Princess calls Princes Premier or Special Services package. It's the most expensive of the three offered packages. The problem I have is that when I pull up my reservation I can't see what my package offers. I have the Travel Summary that they sent, but can't see it on-line. What am I missing? thanks.
  11. Info on Princess.com is correct, all info is there and verified. So it's the Medallion app that has the issue. Oh well, as long as they have my peach cobbler on board! 😁
  12. Love The Sanctuary, that's why we cruise with Princess.
  13. Years ago, when they stopped providing trays in the buffet, we would pack two trays in our luggage, they sit flat in the luggage and don't take up any room. Use to carry them to the buffet and made getting food/drinks so much easier. People would stop us and ask, "hey, where did you get the trays". We would just smile and say, we brought them!
  14. Now the person that was trying to help me, (for at least an hour on the phone) said she's now going to have to put in a service ticket for the IT group and for me to check again in 5 days. what a group! Glad I've got time before the cruise.
  15. YIKES! never had this much trouble back in 2019 when I set up the Medallion. Deleted the app, reinstalled it, reset password, still not working, a Server Issue.
  16. Worse TI/phone support. Deleted the old app, loaded the new app, tried to put in my info, (which, by the way is PERFECT), and it said not valid. Then, call the Princess Help line, after an hour and a half on the phone with some techie, provided information, staying on hold for the longest time, I simply hung up. Sometimes you get a person that can really help, most times you get someone that doesn't know her/his , well, you know. I'll keep trying, hope to get it set up.
  17. OK, thanks all, I'll delete the old app and install the new one. This is for a cruise reservation which has been verified.
  18. How long do you have to wait to add your (new) reservation to the Medallion app? Do you have to create a new one, or can an existing Medallion web set up from two years back still work? I tried to add my current reservation but, Princess can't find it. any clues, thanks.
  19. Question for those who have cruised on the Enchanted Princess, and reserved some time in The Sanctuary, please elaborate on what facilities are available in The Sanctuary. I have limited mobility and would like to know what's available. Thanks all, happy cruising!
  20. Responding to Raisinette--- there are loungers in the Sanctuary for full sun, I Googled for some photos of the Sanctuary and there are full sun loungers.
  21. Follow up question on The Sanctuary on the Enchanted Princess---is the entire Sanctuary covered? From looking at some videos, it looks like there's no full sun in the Sanctuary. thanks all.

  24. Thanks all, love the Sanctuary, not worrying about chair hogs, and the service in the Sanctuary is top notch! Well worth the extra cost.
