  1. "CAPS LOCK" was the first thing I checked!!
  2. You're right, it's not required, BUT, I've seen several people over the years, struggle trying to put on a life jacket.
  3. If you purchased a photo package, you may be able to access them thru a link; otherwise, sorry, all the prints that were on display in the photo galley, are discarded.
  4. It may sound silly, but we always take a few minutes to find the life jackets, and put them ; just to test it to ensure that it's ok, and also to get familiar on how to put it on, [God forbid, just in case]!
  5. Did they just update their security sign on process; I couldn't sign on to Cruise Critic until I changed my password. Been here for years; all of a sudden, logon doesn't work. No big deal, just wondering if we have to update our sign on periodically
  6. One issue that I forgot to mention, (sorry), is the Sanctuary only for those who are cruising in a suite? Thanks again.
  7. Thanks everyone for your input; yes, I recall on our Princess cruise, first thing we did before anything else was to scoot up to the Sanctuary and reserve our loungers.
  8. We have sailed previously with Princess and when we did, we reserved The Sanctuary for the entire cruise. The location, and staff were simply outstanding. Does Princess still offer this option and, if they do, on what ships? thanks all!
  9. Great review, Great pictures, thanks for taking the time to post!
  10. We have cruised on both Princess and Celebrity; my wife is very fussy about her coffee. The coffee on Princess is from syrup and is awful; the coffee on Celebrity is from ground beans and is quite good!
  11. I've brought the attached on several cruises with no problem!
  12. NOPE, have to call Celebrity or if you used one, your TA.
  13. Back in June, I received this from Celebrity... Dear Valued Guest: It’s the official start to summer and we’re entirely focused on providing the best, much-needed vacations at sea. We want to ensure that you are able to join us, traveling when you are ready and able to. That’s why we are so pleased to share with you that, as of today, we are removing redemption and sail-by date parameters from your Future Cruise Credits! Here are some additional details: -The portion of the FCC value that represents 100% of the cruise fare paid on your original reservation will no longer expire. -If you also received a 25% bonus value as part of our Global Suspension, that will expire on the original expiration date or on 12/31/22, whichever is later. -FCCs remain combinable. We’ll keep your expiration date in the system as-is, so you know when to use your bonus. Then the day after your current expiration date passes, your credit will be updated to reflect the new value and the never-expiring extension. Your FCCs will be automatically updated to reflect these new terms. It is our sincere hope that this adjustment provides you full flexibility to book your next Celebrity cruise vacation and from a wider selection of sailings.
  14. Yup! we have FCC numbers.
  15. If I want to go shopping, we go to the mall!
  16. As long at the kids are well mannered, supervised and have activities for them, should not be a problem. We've been on several Celebrity cruises that had family and everyone was well behaved. Kids had activities and were supervised. Adults Only? Naw! Not a good business decision.
  17. Thought for sure this was going to be a bad thing! Glad you had a great time on the Reflection; we are considering a cruise with this ship. thanks for your positive review!
  18. Does anyone know how to check an existing FCC on the Celebrity web-site? We have an account with Celebrity, but didn't see any where on the site where you can check your existing FCC voucher. Thanks all!
  19. Quick question for those who have cruise on the Edge---Does the Retreat Deck on 16 have a pool? Thanks!
  20. If 2023 is the same as 2022, then no cruise for us; our health (I'm 81) is more important than going on a cruise; it was nice back in 2003, but not these days!
  21. the best place for protocols is right here on CC; we have the most honest and informative people. As for cruising, yes, it's tough to give up cruising this year; but why take a chance this year? Our last cruise in 2020 was cancelled and we've been chopping on the bit to go cruising. But, we are going to wait until March, 2023, when things, we hope, will quiet down.
