We are taking the NCL chartered Berlin train in August from Wannamunde. Does anyone recall the time of departure and arrival in Berlin along with departure time and what station used as we are trying to plan tours and meal. Thanks

Very easy and quick. Nice part is checked in bags do not have to be claimed and rechecked. Only negative is once through pre clearance no duty free and no real food.

I go back to my original statement. Deduct from DSC and tell them why. If getting charged for a service your not getting,all included, then get your money back another way. Let crew take it up with bar staff . It may not be so nice but neither is NCL taking my money and not providing for paid services. I am paying for a vacation not a charity for corporate

As I said simple solution for those with package. Ad unable to get served in certain ports, demand guest services refund the service charge as pre paid. If they refuse have them remove the DSC and tell staff why it was removed. After the inevitable crew discontent with bar staff who is getting tipped for doing nothing, the policy will be adjusted. Ad I said earlier it’s a nuclear option but effective one as paying customer, us should not be the loser. This is a paid vacation not a charity service.

Simple solution for getting your money back . Yank the DSC and tell them why as the service charge for the drink package is non refundable . This will get their attention. As for those who believe it is screwing over the crew who gets this advice them to speak with the bar crew who are getting paid for service not rendered. It may be a nuclear option but it is something that would cause management to address issue and have us not out of pocket.

If using NCL BOGO remember the line from Blazing Saddles, son you are on your own.

Save it and bring it. I have a European cruise in a few months. If this occurs will ask for prorated refund or take nuclear option that will puss many off but will not be the loser, deduct from service charge and tell them why
