I'd sit at a table with someone wearing shorts in the MDR in the evening rather than sitting at a table with someone whining about others wearing shorts in the MDR in the evening.
On the Apex the first party was the CC welcome event. Mid morning, open to all CC members. Sparkling wine, mimosas and OJ. No snacks. The second was the CC Elite Senior Officers Party. Early evening. Elite and above only. Snacks and a variety of drinks. Top cruisers and new Zenith members recognized.
You will need to make your SD reservations for the times and dining room in your CP before your cruise. When we first board the ship we always check out the dining room, verify our reserved time, always request a two top and a specific location. We have always been accommodated.
We are a couple of old hold outs. Ok, we'll join you on the floor. 😁 Well worth the good company and conversation with you and Bucky make the DL even better.
I don't let positive or negative opinions or experiences influence any of our cruise decisions. As I said earlier in this thread we are looking forward to our October Eclipse cruise.
Table numbers change. Our last cruise on the JOS was 2017, MTD, deck 5, Tides dining room. We had a two top along the rail (looking down at deck 4 dining room) for both legs of our B2B cruise. Tables in back, forward and to the starboard side of us were well spaced. In our opinion, great location.
😂 Except here on CC where it doesn't matter! Take your own advise and practice what you preach. Be part of the solution and not part of the problem. At least in your opinion.
