. Are you clicking on the "Plan My Cruise" (blue box) in your CP? If so on the next page you will see the Celebrity OBC at the very top right of that page. If not then as others have recommended, call your TA.

Depends on the venue, what's going on at that time, number of people, time of day/night and what you consider noisy. No matter the cruise line or ship. Common areas ate just that.

On our March Apex cruise reservations were not being excepted for SD in the 4 MDRs even though I made reservations prior to the cruise in my CP.

We'll wait until we are onboard the ship and make that decision for ourselves at the end of our next cruise(October Eclipse) based on our experiences not others experiences and opinions. We enjoyed all our meals in the MDR and the mast/pool grill on our March Apex cruise. Portion size isn't a biggie for us as we do 5 courses. Never leave feeling hungry. We rarely if at all eat in the OVC.

Easy as far as the 'burger being cooked. Just have the 'burger cooked your way. They'll do that if you ask.

We have a future cruise booked on the Edge. According to what I've seen online the track layout is the same as the Apex.

The ship tracks I've been on have the lanes marked. One lane with running the other with walking. You have to be heading in the correct direction in order to read them. When I approach others that are lane hogging I always drag one of my heals (loud squeaking sound) to give notice so they'll look and hopefully move to one lane or the other or single file. If not I have a loud deep voice, "passing on your..." as I'm very quickly approaching them.
