  1. Fold it a few times or more to increase the ply factor. Not much you can do about the 30 grit. 😁
  2. That's what I said along with I don't bring on a knife.
  3. Go anywhere you want. 😂 Another thing I always pack in our first aid kit is my mustache scissors. Personal grooming scissors with blades less than 4 inches are allowed. The 1.25 inch foil cutter on my waiters corkscrew/key apparently isn't considered a knife.
  4. Not my many years of cruising experiences. Mine is always in our first aid kit in our checked luggage. Flying and cruising. Never ever had an issue with the cruise lines.
  5. I'll plead the fifth. Or maybe that was the real problem. 🍻
  6. I never knew the actual name for those. Thanks. All I know is they work great without inflicting bodily harm. I have a couple of them. A friend gave us a fancy schmancy cork screw thingey and an aerator but I ended up donating them both to a local goodwill. I like to keep it KISS.
  7. Or just go with the flow on this cruise, have a great time and consider this cruise/booking experience a lesson learned. No matter who you book your future cruises with ask. Personally, I never book any of our cruises using a website. I always book with a live agent, tell them what itinerary, ship, deck, stateroom number, etc. concerning the cruise and ask questions even though I know the answer. Better safe than sorry.
  8. Edocs and luggage tags are available for viewing and printing approximately 30 days prior to your sail date.
  9. Almost knocked myself when I finally was able to get the cork out of the bottle. Have no fear, no wine was spilled. 😂
  10. I always carry a corkscrew that has a 1.25" foil cutter on it in our first aid kit that is always in our checked luggage. Never ever a problem. Based on all my experiences I would recommend you put the corkscrew in your checked luggage.
  11. Safe to say he is officially diamond. 🍷 The only difference is his CAS cruise points will be different than yours. His wife will also be diamond.
  12. The best source for your question/concern. 1-800-526-9723
  13. Agree. Unfortunately along with RC. The casinos are nothing more than smoking lounges that only allows gambling at specific times of the day/evening. IMO, one of the areas Celebrity excels in is not allowing smoking anywhere inside their ships, fleetwide.
  14. Since St Thomas isn't a tender port there isn't any priority disembarking for those with shore excursions. Either wait for the first general announcement for all going ashore or stand in line and wait for the doors to be opened to go ashore.
  15. And you could find yourself swimming along with the chavs boombox. 😂
  16. It may (WAG ?) also depend on when you arrive at the embarkation terminal and when they start boarding. We always arrive early (even post covid) and the terminals aren't crowed (what we've experienced). Once we are checked in we are told to head directly for the sign that says, "to ship".
  17. I will quote a frequent poster, "RCI = Royal Consistently Inconsistent".
  18. After 15 days we've had enough. We try to select intinaries with the least amount of sea days. But that isn't always easy to find. We aren't sea day fans. Cabin (pun intended) fever sets in.
