  1. Except on Radiance class on a cold weather cruise. Family time 1-4PM. Except when they want to get a snack when the WJ is closed.
  2. Drink cards, if they are offered, are advertised late in the cruise. It's difficult to use all 10 drinks. I would not count on seeing them.
  3. No; there are weight limits, there are height tall/short limits, pilots must retire at 65, and there are age young/old limits all over society.
  4. Technically it's your arrival time. Most ships have been 11:00 AM and that's only if you check-in on the day it's available.
  5. Are there any in the back of the ship? Radiance class the Windjammer is in the back of the ship. The Solarium is on the same deck, just behind the SPA.
  6. OK, OK it also says on Radiance class 16+ for the pool. but anyone is allowed in the Solarium on Radiance class. Those are the facts.
  7. Except when you go to the Park Cafe or Solarium Bistro. Plus 1-4 pm when you are on a cold weather cruise. And the original restriction was only for the pool.
  8. I would guess they are installing new WiFi routers, and installing new ones to increase accessibility and reliability. I'm on Jewel right now, WiFi away from the stairs is horrible.
  9. Flying to the port may be very expensive and crowded, but if you fly on Thanksgiving day, you should be good. Fewer kids because it's a 9 night.
  10. We are on Jewel today. Our B2B letter specifically requests you check in for your second leg. This assures your CC info is on file so you don't get called to guest services. Why is there so much resistance to a simple task?
  11. We are on Jewel right now, for the itinerary. As much as I love Radiance class, Odessey is my favorite ship.
  12. Can't speak for Anthem, but on Odessey, we had cigar and cigarette smoke funneled on to our balcony.
  13. I don't remember ever seeing a specialty dining lunch on embarkation day. Only with the Key, and rarely on a B2B.
  14. Agreed! We have had two, and both were horrible. I won't ever book a connecting cabin again.
  15. Oasis class and Quantum class probably have the most shows. Ice shows are also available on Voyager and Freedom(I think) class. There really is no best. We don't pick a cruise based on the shows.
  16. As I remember there is an inside hall where you wait in line if check-in hasn't started. RCI doesn't sail from Boston all that often so it depends on the training of the contractors.
  17. It's not completely covered, so it's subject to the same weather conditions. >16
  18. One way or another you pay every salary of every RCI employee with your cruise fare. It's like saying government money. (TAXES)
  19. I'm against anything that would put more passengers into the Lounges/Clubs. I'm sure there are Pinnacle passengers that get an exemption for their guests.
