  1. Just got the email and I agree, wish they had just told us the changes.
  2. GS was great. We all went together to GS and they actually changed our room so that my husband and I were in the same room and gave us an updated Seapass that showed us in the same room. I do not know if all ships will do this but it was great service.
  3. What is Fast Track and where do you get it/purchase it?
  4. We just did this two weeks ago on Liberty of the Seas. I had a comped room from the casino and booked it for myself and my friend. My husband also had a comped cabin, so we booked him in it with her husband. When we got onboard we went to Guest Services and they switched us around and gave us new Seapass cards. I was very pleased, no hassle!
  5. Received a new offer 23VAR405 but when I called to book it is complimentary for only one guest. The FB casino page also has people posting about this, and one person talked to a supervisor who said that is the new offer. I hope this is just a glitch! I don't want to pay full fare for the second person in the cabin so will skip this offer.
  6. Yes, this was my follow-up post: Oops! Not for the TA, for the following cruise to the Holy Lands. I have not heard anything on my bids for the TA, oh well. Just glad we got our upgrade to the JS on the Holy Lands cruise. Saved me $3,000! I bid the same amount for the TA as for the Holy Land cr.
  7. Oops! Not for the TA, for the following cruise to the Holy Lands. I have not heard anything on my bids for the TA, oh well. Just glad we got our upgrade to the JS on the Holy Lands cruise. Saved me $3,000!
  8. Yes, it is the upcoming TA. I had also bid on a grand suite and an owner’s suite. Was very glad to get the JS.
  9. It had been a while since I won a Royal Up bid but yesterday my Royal Up was accepted. Went from an OV balcony to a junior suite on the Odyssey TA.
  10. When cruising first started back post-Covid, Royal’s casinos were non-smoking. They changed that within a few weeks.
  11. We are currently in a junior suite on the Wonder, and I love the room. It is just Hubby and I, but I think it would work well for a family of four. I am also trying to plan a cruise with daughter and family but have decided to do one of the other Oasis-class ships, the suite prices on Wonder are too pricey.
  12. This was the email that I received this morning. I am on the Odyssey TA in April. Very pleased, although it could be done as an unsupervised at-home test.
  13. Transatlantic Sailings Here are our updated protocols for Transatlantic sailings. Our protocols are subject to change, and should there be any additional changes, we are committed to keeping you informed. Vaccination Required All guests ages 12 and older must be fully vaccinated against COVID‐19 with the final dose administered at least 14 days before sailing. Boosters are recommended, but not required, to sail. Guests under 12 may join us for this sailing, regardless of vaccination status. Testing Required - UPDATED! Pre-cruise As of March 23, 2023, pre-cruise testing is no longer required for our Transatlantic sailings. Visit our FAQ for the latest protocols. Travel Reminder All guests should check their visa and ESTA requirements prior to our sailing.
  14. I was just looking at that on a FB page. I was surprised that Icon and Utopia might be out so close to each other? I wish Utopia was coming to South Florida.
  15. You can book any cruise within the stated parameters and it is usually any available cabin. To upgrade, it will cost you the difference between interior and ocean view cabin fare.
  16. The traffic on Ultra weekend is an absolute nightmare, on top of the usual congested Miami traffic.
  17. We just got off a quick weekend cruise on Liberty. We were with friends and did traditional MDR all 3 nights. The menu was fine as was the food. Happy to report that we had excellent service.
  18. It actually went up to 2500 points for a complimentary interior, right before the Covid shutdown. Might have been done to avoid confusion over getting a free cruise versus obtaining your Prime tier level.
  19. Do you think it was the Scarecrow or was it the Tin Man?
