No the Tavern is on Deck 4 and the Champagne Bar and the Pub are on Deck 5.

The Tavern on Voyager is on one side of the casino, and the Schooner Bar is at the other end of the casino.

I love seeing dolphins or any wildlife. Happy for you, what a nice birthday gift! In October we were on a sunset catamaran cruise in Tahiti for my birthday, and was so fortunate to have a whale and her calf surface next to us. They were joined by another adult whale and for the next 15 minutes we got to see the little one practice breaching out of the water.

You wouldn’t know it was a problem until the next day or the next time, that you tried to charge money to your room at the slot machine. That’s when the “casino lockout” would occur and you would not be able to charge money at the slot machine.

We did the Quantum TP to Brisbane. Deck 3 became the isolation floor for the 60 or more passengers who became positive during the cruise. The positive person would move to Deck 3 for 5 days and the roommate, who stayed in the original cabin, was tested every day for 5 days. Now things may have changed for current domestic Australian cruises, they will follow the policies that Australia currently has in place.

You may try going earlier to the port and seeing how it goes. We were on the Quantum last month and were the first ship (or so we were told) to disembark at the new Brisbane terminal. Customs was short staffed as were baggage handlers, so disembarking took a lot longer than usual. People were arriving to board the next cruise and had to wait outside the terminal. They have probably had several ships arrive/depart since then, so it may have gotten faster. If you get there early, there is a coffee shop right outside the terminal. I did not see any food places inside the terminal. Hope this helps.

I just booked it for our January 2 Liberty sailing because it was $79/pp. That is the best price I have seen in a while.

Quantum had mushroom soup in Chops two weeks ago.

Got off Quantum on Tuesday. They asked for reservations at Starwater, but you could probably get in at 10 minutes before the show started. Did not need reservations for Sequins or any Headliner show in the Royal Theater. We had the Australian Beatles, they were good, and did a show in the Theater plus a concert in the Music Hall. We also enjoyed the Caribbean band and Astro, they were in Music Hall almost every other night. The Pub was usually too crowded to get seats, Carlos was performing and he was good. Hope that helps.

I had the Unlimited Dining Package on Wonder in March and used it for brunch at Mason Jar. The brunch cost was covered by my package.

You will be able to reserve shows on board using the Royal app. There are no physical tickets.

There is a “Dimsung and Milk Tea” restaurant up on the pool deck, which was closed in Alaska. It was opened on this sailing and is called Splashaway Cafe. Excellent Kung Pao chicken for $6, or fried rice for $6.

Great to hear this. Hopefully Royal will follow. I hope that HAL will also follow this lead. We need to do a rapid test 24 hours before our New Zealand cruise. But it does not have to be supervised.

Currently on Quantum and we are in a J3, which is a junior suite for 2 people and was originally called the Spa JS. I booked this because of the split bathroom, particularly because it had a separate walk-in shower with a rain head shower and a little bench.

I tried to book the other day. There was a glitch that allowed you to start a booking for the April 24 cruise out of Miami. My price was $3,600 for two for an Oceanview balcony. Wouldn’t let me finish the booking, and a few hours later it was gone from the website.

Yes, you left Sunday and we left Thursday. I was originally booked on your cruise but had to switch due to a wedding in the family! Hope weather continues to be great for you.

We are on Day 5 of the Quantum TP and so far internet has been good for catching up on emails. So far food has been very good. We have been doing Coastal Kitchen and have a 5-dinner dining package. Did Chops the other night and it was very good.
