  1. There is no "may" about it. You were given the correct answer above.
  2. See post #1362. Princess IT almost has more bugs than a swamp.
  3. It is not a problem. No software issue there IMO. It is one logical cruise on the same ship comprised of two physical voyages.
  4. That is a new one on me. Never seen that before.
  5. Was your idea to divide the ashes so that you would leave them in two different locations? I had not thought of something like that before.
  6. I think someone has mentioned this previously but there is nothing transferred from old App to new App. The new App sources the data from central database where the old App accesses the same data. New presentation and some new program logic involved, but the same data.
  7. The link appears to be from the Cruise Personalizer - Onboard Services. If it is still offered there, IDK why it isn't listed on the main website under beverage packages. I do not have a current booking to check it myself. Could be an old link. It also has "global" in the URL and we don't know where the poster is from.
  8. You do not have to go 10 & 10. You could get 6 beers, for example, and 14 Perrier or Coke.
  9. Yeah... see posts 10 & 11. It felt like a 2022 thing. Was probably announced then. Not going to research exact date. But I was thinking wrong.
  10. Immaterial in my mind. If all contracted, then a lot easier to get rid of them. Maybe the problem is that not enough business-side employees are involved in the project.
  11. Okay.. it just feels like a long time ago for sure.
  12. The cards were gone quite a long time ago as it was converted to electronic. But as you have read, the whole program was scrapped and so it just doesn't exist to purchase nor swap to. This was trashed about to no end on this forum about two years ago.
  13. Maybe more like two years ago.
  14. If the case, this is very poor design (I have yet to experience the new App as no current booking). Everything about an App should be intuitive or obvious. I don't require training or instructions to use any of my bank apps, shopping apps, airline apps, hotel apps, etc. IDK why these IT idiots are still working for Princess almost two years after launch of the previous App.
  15. Yes, it is like a CG main dish. You don't get the app's nor the desserts.
  16. ETA: I noticed after that you caught this and corrected in another post. That option is not going to resolve the bad data issue (birthdate). A decent rep with Princess (not overseas) should be able to correct birthdate easy-peasy IMO.
  17. That is one of many fire doors. You will notice others on all the deck plans. They are always open unless an emergency.
  18. A communication misunderstanding? The only upcharge is if one orders an extra main or adds a lobster tail.
  19. One of the basic overall lessons to be learned in this Princess Forum, especially since PCL has outsourced call center support overseas to an organization that has no real cruising experience, is to get connected with at least a decent Cruise Vacation Planner (and hopefully a good one) if you are going to be booking directly with Princess. Of course, I think using a good discount TA is better, but if going to deal with Princess, the internal agents (CVP) are the best route to take care of booking issues.
  20. Take a look at a map. This is like a school geography test trick question. The Panama Canal actually runs more N/S than W/E. In the south section, you will see it almost runs SE to NW.
  21. Welcome to Cruise Critic. Cans are available as part of the package.
  22. You forgot the 2 or 3 F words for emphasis.
  23. Yes, you are correct. This has been the case since Medallion Net was introduced several years ago.
