    Yesterday this thread started to turn a little ridiculous, not in a funny way. However there was one thing I did find a little amusing, the person who wears their good black jeans on formal nights.

    Lock it up as soon as you get on board. The only time you might need it is if you take an excursion that goes into Canada.

    This is about as clear as you are going to get on this board. There is a vocal minority who will tell you anything goes but here are a few facts: It is still called formal night. Princess has published guidelines for attire. Shorts are never allowed in dining room at night. The majority make an attempt to comply.

    We first try to see how many crew members tell us the dining doom isn't open (the record is 7) and then we avoid the buffet at all costs.

    Their/ there, one of my pet peeves and I broke the rule. Not quite as bad as then/than.

    It is what ever amount you paid when you first booked the cruise. Personally I would rather pick my cabin, pay the full fare (not get a discount), and get my deposit back if I had to cancel. I understand that some folks will take a chance to save a buck. They will also be the first to complain if things don't go there way.

    Why not? We have seen children with their parents many times in PES lounge. I can't even see a reason that they couldn't be there alone if they are eligible, they just can't drink alcohol.
