  1. Using a taxi for our last cruise out of Quebec City worked out just fine.
  2. Cabin space is what we prefer. The size of the balcony matters little to us personally.
  3. We were on her twice in 2022 and will be on her again next week and have her booked for an 11 nighter in 2025 and have absolutely no concerns about her at all.
  4. RCI policy is just that. Under 3 cannot be in Adventure Ocean. No exceptions for this age group.
  5. Personally I've never been interested in the RS which with that piano is a waste of space. I however love the OS and sail in that category often.
  6. We bring large bills and get the change we need at guest services or casino. I bring more than I need just to be on the safe side.
  7. Drag the luggage through the WJ...no thanks !! If we don't want to be the first off with the SL concierge we just have let our cabin steward know we're going to have breakfast then come back to get our luggage and be out by 8:30am. This works well if needed.
  8. I'm not looking at it that way. It all (except the change fee) went towards my final balance due in the end.
  9. Her C&A level had nothing to do with it. It was all about her being in a suite. We're usually always walked off by the SL concierge and first off.
  10. No....they have no room to store this. I would combine them and make a queen.
  11. This.....I just (today) changed a ship/sail date where I had a $900 deposit and $700 of it was moved to the new booking which needed a $500 deposit.. I also didn't have to pay any additional amount.
  12. And do we have any idea what ship it will be if not Navigator?
  13. The Oct 2nd-11th. This is the same timeframe we usually book and one of our favorites.
  14. When will the Mexico itinerary past April 2025 going to be released?
  15. Got my Canada/NE Oct 2025 on hold a couple of hours ago when it opened. Just a bit more than our Oct 2023 was but sad to miss Bar Harbor...oh well.
  16. There will be shuttles lined up at the port. You can also walk out to the main street and take a taxi. Yes, the shuttle will be priced as a one way pp. Taxi will be a flat rate but ask what the rate is before you get in. We've usually paid approx $10.00. for the two of us one way for a taxi. When you're ready to return go one block over from the Malecon (one way traffic) and flag down a taxi (easy to do) tell them back to the port and again price before you get in. We pay in USD for the small purchases we do in port, for us not worth getting pesos, but it's a personal choice.
  17. One night pre-cruise try Hyatt Place. Book with ValueTrips or directly as a member online for good rates. They have a shuttle from FLL and does have a shuttle to PE but quick and cheaper to take a taxi.
  18. Another one here that used to use Embassy Suites. Now for one night pre-cruise it's Hyatt Place for us.
  19. Hampton Blue Lagoon is where we booked for this month (Feb) and May for our pre-cruises.
  20. After you pay your basic cruise fare anything above and beyond that is an option.
  21. Sorry...but the cruise line has no responsibility for "your" error in not bringing the correct documentation.
  22. I'm waiting for the itineraries out of Cape Liberty. It's one of our favorites.
  23. We find it easier to have our credit card for our account and then we go to guest services the night before cruise ends and pay off any balance we have in cash.
  24. How can I contact a guest sailing on a Royal Caribbean ship? A You can contact guests 24 hrs a day by calling +1 888 724 7447 and following the prompts to specify the ship you need to contact. The cost is $7.95 USD per minute and each call is limited to 10 minutes in duration. Please note that Visa and MasterCard are the only accepted forms of payment for this service. However I am always more comfortable having the internet package and being able to email/text my family.
