  1. We had 6 people and after looking at rentals that would accommodate us all and luggage we opted for a private shuttle (Cruise Control) and used them round trip.
  2. Not many tables to sit at for eating...so not a favorite...Those chairs/sofa's Meh !!!
  3. Same with my DH but after 48 years I'm keeping him.
  4. We also (once) had the last four aft cabins on the Harmony Boardwalk. Movies until sometimes well after 11:00pm. We won't book this category again. But for the OP they might give it some serious thought as having the balcony and extra space for the Pack-n-play would be nice vs an interior cabin and since they will have a sound machine I think they will be fine.
  5. I drink hot Tea and certainly have had no trouble getting half/half onboard several RCI ships. They bring it in a nice little carafe when I order room service.
  6. RCI doesn't really enforce dress suggestions any longer. Shorts or jeans will be fine. Enjoy your cruise !!
  7. Bon Voyage to those of you that are done with RCI. Just remember the pastures aren't always greener once you get there.
  8. Watch for pricing glitches late night when schedules are released. Many got a great deal for Navigator Feb 14, 2025 seven night Mexican Riviera. My favorite OS price total for the two of us was $3458.12
  9. When you're done with you're "dirty dishes" from room service you're supposed to call them and they will come and get them...do not leave them in the hallway.
  10. I heard not only (directly) from RCI but also from Celebrity.
  11. Our son cruised with his young son (and extended family) when Mom was pregnant and couldn't cruise when the Zika virus was going around. He made sure to have all documentation and notarized. Luckily he wasn't asked by the air carrier or by RCI check in staff. But he was certainly prepared just in case.
  12. We did this last July and it was quick and easy. Sometimes we just don't want to have to look for a specific driver.
  13. Yes they do. We were going to stay at Hampton Inn Brickell but the Blue Lagoon location was cheaper and with a shuttle option from MIA and the strip mall across the street it seemed a better deal for us next February for one pre-cruise night.
  14. We had no trouble using a credit card in Amsterdam July 2022. However only one place we ate at required it, everywhere else accepted Euros. I did use a credit card to pre-book my hotel. I may be one of the few that prefers to use local currency when I travel.
  15. I don't book a cabin based on what I "might" be able to see. I book it's location based on location to areas on the ship. We've sailed North and round trips and it has never mattered which side my cabin happens to be on. I'll assume all your cabins were booked next door or close to each other...don't give that up.
  16. Haven't you already made final payment ? You will get back port fees and tax as a credit back to the credit card used to make final payment.
  17. Choose an itinerary that includes Bar Harbor. Soon it may not be an option.
  18. You'll love the OS on Navigator. We've sailed in one a few times and have a few more booked.
  19. Thanks...So doesn't look like it will benefit us very much as we do GS and up.
  20. Pinnacle "free cruise" I thought it was only a one time credit of approx $1500? Finally almost there !!
  21. South Florida Shuttles is one we've used.
  22. It might be the room for 3 that's the problem. You can always email Banks Mansion they are great about responding. A couple of the hotels that you might consider are the Ambassade or the Movenpick. Some from our roll call July 2022 used these hotels.
  23. Mine's not until May (Icon) and I got the email yesterday for both of my booked cabins.
