  1. Thanks to all the above for some great suggestions. How's first class on AS Airbus A321? Price and flight times seems great for Oct 4th. Cruising out of Cape Liberty RCI Liberty.
  2. We stayed at Homes2Suites for our Cape Canaveral departure cruise this past April and we used Cruise Control (amazing service from this company) for our shuttle from MCO to hotel and from cruise terminal back to MCO. Home2Suites did offer a shuttle to port ($). Cruise Control...(888) 416-8830
  3. We'll be flying LAX-EWR in early October for our Canada/NE cruise. Trying to decide between these two connection cities, DTW or MSP ...flight details and pricing is similar. Any reason to choose one over the other? Thanks, as these airports are new ones for us.
  4. This is usually the best option when having a later flight. OP...Your luggage must be put through the agriculture check by yourself before checking in at your carrier at SJU.
  5. No way to price this out for your sail dates unless someone booked can check that for you. Ask on the rollcall for the date you need.
  6. We haven't ever had a problem applying the KSF option regardless of it being an already booked cruise when the KSF became available. I completely agree the KSF is one of RCI's best offers. Glad it's worked out for you as well.
  7. As long as your luggage fit's through the scanner it shouldn't be a problem.
  8. Flying out of SJU remember you must go through the agriculture check before checking your luggage at the carrier you're using.
  9. "Bother" anyone ?! They just hand us the tags we write our cabin # on them...attach them and hand over our luggage...along with a few $'s tip. No handler has ever given us the impression that it was a bother.
  10. That's just amazing...but can I ask why this poster (Dad) has never posted on CC before with all that experience ? Or am I missing something that he has a website ?
  11. The KSF has worked out great for our extended family every time it's been offered for one of our cruises. Actually it's saved "me" quite a bit....as recently as a couple of times this year and will when we sail with them again in 2024.
  12. 74 days ago and have spent 47 days at sea this year. Ready to board again Jan 20. 2023.
  13. We're D+ and could care less what our luggage tags say. We get them from the luggage handlers at the terminal...write our cabin # on them and have never had a problem getting our luggage. No need to stress over this at all.
  14. We've also used the AT&T cruise plan...although years ago and even then it worked fine. We now purchase the Voom internet and put our iPhone on airplane mode and use WiFi calling.
  15. Credit card as you exit the parking lot. Make sure you leave the ticket stub on your dash board or in your car so you have it handy as you leave. Don't take it with you or lose it.
  16. Waste of time and I personally don't need a free glass of champagne that bad.
  17. Absolutely unnecessary for me personally. I can and do everything that I need to with whoever answers the phone.
  18. Thumbs Up Tours was an amazing private tour we booked with our rollcall this past October during our full Panama Canal itinerary.
  19. Then seems like each driver has their own routine...all in all this is a great shuttle deal. Did your driver just make one stop at TPA ours did and everyone exited.
  20. I'll agree that Blackberry is a top notch company to use. Great service !!!
  21. Actually once everyone and their luggage is loaded on the driver drives just out of the terminal lot and stops to collect your $10.00pp cash..at least this is how it was done this past October. And yes, no reservations needed or I believe available. Just walk out and hop on.
  22. Remember they'll be taxi's there (LAX-IT) waiting also if you decide against Uber/Lyft.
  23. I've recommended South Florida Shuttle several times on these boards. YES....They provided amazing service for our extended family group.
