  1. I’ve noticed that bar menus have been absent for a couple of months now. Only the Martini Bar has had a menu posted. Edit: I can see menus for the Bars and Lounges when I use the app to view the current Equinox sailing

  4. I’m confused as to whether the minimum bid for the SV category you’re looking to Move Up to is $225 pp, $560 pp, or $510 pp. Only you can decide what you’re willing to offer. Good luck! 🤞
  5. My Move Up offers have all been outrageous. I sometimes wonder if new cruisers are sent lower offers than myself. For reference, I have just hit Elite Plus after my last cruise.
  6. Yes, I’ve sailed 3 times this year on Celebrity and know the procedure. I noticed that the Safety button has also disappeared from the app for our sailing, so it’s looking more and more to be a glitch.
  7. Previously, I could always see a Check-in button at the bottom of the app for upcoming cruises. When I clicked it prior to the check-in date there would be a message such as “Oops, Check-in has checked out…” I’ll be traveling with 7 Celebrity newbies in February and I was going to take a screen shot to help them because our Check-in is coming up. The Check-in button is not there now. This is something new to me as I’ve sailed as recently as 2 weeks ago. is this something new? Will the Check-in option reappear soon? Has it been relocated somewhere else? I know the app is glitchy, but it’s kind of unsettling me.

  9. I was locked out for a little over a week, but then everything opened up again for 4 or 5 days before I got notified that I’d received the Sunset Sky Suite.
  10. I wish you luck! I was in this situation, having bid on multiple suite categories and seeing all bids Expire with only the Royal Suite Pending. after just over a week of that suspense, all of my bids returned to Pending and were open for changes. I didn’t end up getting the Royal Suite that was pending for so long (there were 3 open at the time), but I did get a Sunset Sky Suite.
  11. I’ve been in Sky Suites twice this year and signed up both times. We got 8 extra CC points and our cabin was tidied twice a day and towels were replaced.
  12. Yes! We experienced this in Cozumel. We were trudging our way to the end of the line when Gazelle, the Retreat concierge recognized us and brought us right up to the gate. She was holding a paddle that said Suite Priority.
  13. We went on one in Cozumel that was very enjoyable. Our trolley type vehicle only had 13 passengers plus the driver and guide. We stayed in our small group throughout the stops. There was at least one more group, but we never waited for them or gathered together into a larger group. It was a good experience.
  14. On the Equinox last month we were brought a small carafe of crunchy snacks in the Ensemble Lounge. We didn’t ask for them. I do remember my husband asking about “crunchies” in the past and getting a blank stare, which I completely understood!
  15. I’ll be boarding the Reflection after Thanksgiving. Do you know if they are offering Luggsge Valet service from the ship to the airport? It was a service we enjoyed last month on Equinox.

  17. Bring chopsticks and use them to eat whatever you end up with for Christmas dinner. A small nod to your tradition.

  20. If you’re booked in a suite - Luminae Concierge class? Main dining room Aqua class? Any other veranda? Ocean view? Inside? - Your choices are the buffet, the mast grill for burgers, dogs, and fries, or for a fee Sushi on 5 may be open.
  21. I also use a travel agent and the charges show up as being from Celebrity Cruises. Actually, I’ve used this promotion with 2 different agents/agencies. Maybe give your agent a call to double check with them before you choose to make a payment that you normally wouldn’t. Be up front and let them know why you need to know.
  22. I think right after you sign up it says thanks for signing up. I have never received an email confirmation from Go Green, but have always received my points.
  23. I received my Go Green points from my October cruise on Equinox.
