Hello folks, since the new pricing from the 12th of August you need to pay the 14.99$ once to activate the delivery. I know room service costs 5$ per item, if you order it on the telephone, apart from breakfast. But: if you activated the delivery service for 14.99$ for your whole cruise, do the 5$ per item for the room service still apply or not? As I have the soda package on my next cruise I’d like to order some drinks into my room, as I did before, without paying extra…

Hi, eben if there’s some other threads regarding this, one question: I’ve just booked a cruise in Enchanted Princess, October 2023. I wanted to add the Classic soda package into my booking but I didn’t see it yet. the website however, still features it. Same with the other, new non-alcoholic beverage package. Anyone knows more? Hopefully the classic soda package is not gone?

Will be on her first cruise after drydock, the 15th of April, curious about the changes. Right now she is on the way to the shipyard in Palermo.

In fact that itinerary was initially planned and so were cruises for Canada and New England as well, at least internally. However, plans changed obviously to move her into the Mediterranean from late summer until fall 2024, based in Limassol, Cyprus. Didn’t follow if there’s already new itineraries. Otherwise, if you’re open for other lines, have a look at Celebrity, Princess, Holland America and NCL. They all offer itineraries with include Quebec City.

In recent years they have been served by the ship spending the summer in Northern Europe either from Copenhagen or AMsterdam, Jewel in that case. As she is likely to move to the Mediterranean Sea in August 2024, she's not likely to operate on those itineraries, and any other ship either. All other ships are already deployed elsewhere.

@scubacruiserx2 thanks for the detailed review! i recall the small buffet with finger food from the Billboard Lounge on Koningsdam, on Nieuw Statendam it should be located close to the windows in the Billboard Lounge. Is this still in use and those small snacks are served? And are waiters serving snacks during sailaway or Happy Hour?

Looks pretty much like the recent menus. Going on Enchanted in 6 weeks and hpe they will also be like that. Petit Fours still served on formal evenings?

Any information on Canada/New England for 2024? Looks like after Aug 24, 2024 she is doing cruises out of NYC? Any schedules out there?

Enchanted is supposed to do Caribbean and Canada/New England between spring and fall 2024, replacing Caribbean Princess. No official program out yet, but I know it from insider information, including one port agent.

usually during evening hours, that’s how I recall it from Koningsdam.

@kazu are the little fingerfood snacks at Billboard Lunge still offered at the little buffet? And some sailaway snacks on embarkation day during sailaway and snacks to drinks at the bars? Is there any tea time served? Because I do not see it in the daily programs, even not on days at sea.

Seems to be a concern-wide decision than.

Okay, same as with Princess Cruises obviously.
