I always reserve the aqua show for Night 1 of a cruise, to allow more opportunities if the show is cancelled. We will be leaving Port Canaveral on the Wonder on January 21, with a forecast of 59 degrees that day, 57 with 10-20 mph winds that night. I realize that the ship will be several hours away from Port Canaveral at the time of the show, but it can’t be that much warmer by then. I hate to skip the show, but there is no way this Floridian is going to sit outside in the dark at those temperatures. Should I try to change the reservation to Night 4 when I get on the ship, or just wait to see if it will be postponed? I am hoping there will be a “makeup show” scheduled later in the cruise if I am patient and keep the Night 1 reservation. Is the show ever performed in those temperatures?

It is not listed or available to reserve under “Entertainment” for the January 21 cruise.

That could work carried in my wristlet, but I wouldn’t clip it to clothing. That was actually my first choice until I saw the blingy lanyard. There is a good amount of prissy involved here, and possibly a little OCD 😂

I thought so, too, at first. I didn’t consider anything handmade on Etsy, etc., but this one sounds like it is worth trying.

Oh, I am fine with keeping the card in the outside pocket of the little wristlets. I can usually hold up the wristlet to open the door, or I can reach it easily in an inside pocket. Princess is the problem - they have largish “medallions”. There is no way I will wear one of those ugly silicone bands!

In the past, I have used the scrawny fabric lanyard Princess provides, but kept rolling/folding it into a little bundle in my wristlet instead of wearing it. That did not work at all. I use the wristlet for my phone and reading glasses, and it got caught on the glasses constantly. I do like shiny bling, though, so hopefully this one will actually be worn. If not, I will try that clip next time - thanks!

I never use a lanyard for cruise cards, but I need one for the Medallion on a Princess cruise in March. I found this on Amazon and (almost) look forward to using it.

It is possible the cruise was booked well after the ninety-day final payment date. A last-minute booking would be easier for a bad/fake TA to scam.

He kept your cash, used his credit card, then did a chargeback after you cruised. That action would be on him, not you. Carnival should have gone after him.

I don’t understand how or why the OP is even involved. If the payment was made by the TA after receiving the money through Zelle from the OP, the charge must have been made on the TA’s credit card. The TA is the one who did the chargeback. Why would Carnival go after the person who took the cruise rather than the owner of the credit card who did the chargeback?

And check to make sure the charge showed up on your credit card account. If not, possibly the order did not go through.

We might be disappointed. I believe Family Feud forbids photography during the shows.

I plan out what I need for each day, then add one daytime and one evening outfit. It works really well if the extra evening outfit is casual enough to be worn as a nice daytime outfit. The only times I have needed the extra outfit is when a port was missed on a day when I had planned on wearing a bathing suit and coverup.

Does anyone know if the Diamond+ BOGO can be used at the Mason Jar?

I drank 1/3 of the free mojito at the beginning of the Bacardi tour somewhere around 2010. About five minutes into the tour, I had to make a wild dash to an exit door. My companion didn’t see me leave. I just sat outside with a couple of security guys on their break and waited for somebody to find me. My stomach clenches at the sight of a mojito to this day. Going back to San Juan and taking the Bacardi tour again next week. I hope I have the willpower to skip that free drink if is something other than a mojito.

I am not on the Tribe cruise because I will be on Wonder of the Seas on the 21st, but I still have FOMO. The Tribe cruise will get me through the long days until the 21st, but I wish y’all would get on the ship already! It has been cloudy, wet, and (relatively) cool in Florida for days and days, I need to see pictures of blue seas and Caribbean sun!

Combining the two casino programs would be the perfect time for Royal to raise the requirements to become Prime 🙄. Similar to changing the Diamond Lounge to the Crown lounge and then restricting Diamonds.
