Will the Carnival Spirit have a naturalist on board?
LuvCruiSun replied to geovet's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
There was a naturalist on board Spirit last August. His name is Chris. He’s a marine biologist and people really liked him. I didn’t attend any of his presentations, but he did a great job pointing out wildlife and providing information along the way. -

These were the Premier gifts on Panorama last year. Most of the games were scheduled later at night so we didn’t make it to any of them.

Looking forward to following along! Have a great trip! -
We loved deck 9 aft on Panorama. We did not have any soot at all. Deck 9 is completely covered. There are stairs back there that go to the Havana area too.

We’ve had the cabana twice now and really loved it. We were in 9 both times which is right by the the stairs that go in to the water. They give you a nice spread of snacks plus 8 waters and 8 sodas. We took most of the drinks back on the ship for later. The snorkeling there is wonderful!

Oh wow! I didn't realize the villa was only $200 more. The amenities are significantly greater!
-
I think we're just going to rough it this time 😄. We plan on going all the way to the end away from the crowds. We will definitely consider sharing next time though.
-
Absolutely love having a cabana at HMC! The last time we were there I think it was somewhere around $300. Now it’s $450 for our cruise In April so we’re going to skip it since it’s just the 2 of us.

Radiance had TCM a couple of weeks ago and Spirit did also in November.

LuvCruiSun replied to MeganGC1983's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
I’ve been to Cabo in the spring before and the water was cold. it’s always been warm though when we’ve gone in November and December. Hopefully it will be the same this year too! -
Carnival Panorama…12/3-12/10- LIVE
LuvCruiSun replied to MeganGC1983's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
Really looking forward to following along! We are a 2 hour drive from Long Beach so have sailed this itinerary many times. It will be cool on the first and last day, but warm while you’re in Mexico. The water is warm down there too. -

I prefer Princess Cay over HMC for the snorkeling! The entry in to the ocean in this picture is not rocky at all now. It seems it was more rocky when we were there a few years ago.

when is a bottle of wine not a bottle of wine?
LuvCruiSun replied to vicky3vicky's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
I have taken these on board several times in Long Beach. Maybe it depends on the port. I will try at POM this weekend and see what happens. -
I was able to transfer a deposit on a casino offer just last week. You need to call casino booking directly (866) 299-5859.

My milestone OBC did not show up until I was on board

Floor to ceiling windows in Carnival cabins?
LuvCruiSun replied to bguppies's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
The scenic ov and scenic grand ov cabins are on Conquest and Destiny class ships. Maybe on Splendor as well. They are 6K and 6J cabins. They’re not available very long at all. They are wonderful! -
Negative reviews on Spirit to Alaska
LuvCruiSun replied to cruisingnana's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
We sailed Spirit to Alaska last month and everything was great! We prefer the Spirit class over the newer ships!
