The Come Back and Play offers always must be booked within 45 days of receipt and are usually good for sailing up to 6 months later. We use them all the time.

They either email them or send them in the mail.

That must be the Regal on April 16, 2023 - we are also booked on that. Definitely a balcony. We did this same passage in 2018 and the trip across the Atlantic was like going across a lake with the sun shining every day. Morning coffee on the balcony every day is a real treat. See you there!

This is definitely NOT fraud - I think the OP jumped to an erroneous conclusion. Sometimes the casino does not pay Princess the amount due on time. In that case, the computer automatically cancels the cruise. All you have to do is call the casino dept and your cruise is reinstated - we have done 6 casino cruises this year alone. One of them, we received a cancel notice and I called Princess casino, they apologized and explained the computer system and the trip was reinstated. It is in no way fraud...with all the computer glitches , it just happens and we need to be accepting of that. I really appreciate all my comp casino cruises and would never fault them for a simple error.

If you got it in an email, they should be clearly posted. If it is a come back and play offer, the areas are usually listed. Just call and tell the rep which cruise you want to do and they will tell you if it applies. It applies to most.

Having serious problems with the Princess website - cannot look at EZ air, cannot secure an excursion.....will try again tomorrow.

Mine are not showing up either , but if I go to book a cruise, my FCC will show as being automatically deducted....

I always bring my own since I read a lot. I also leave them in the library when I am finished and hopefully find another one there to get me through the cruise. Last time on the Ruby, earlier this year, there was a decent selection of paperbacks.

We traveled on the Sky and the beds were great. Actually, every Princess ship now has the most comfortable beds and pillows.....I suppose it is all individual.

WE did this cruise in August and it was also excellent at that time.

You can also get a win/loss statement from the players club at the end of the year to offset some taxes that might be due.

Of course, that is standard when one wins at a casino. I got my IRS form in the mail a week or two later.

We just returned from a 5 night Carnival cruise out of Galveston - We have done 41 Princess cruises . Never again will we get on a Carnival ship in Galveston......we did this only because we had a comp casino offer and we do love the slots....there was so much marijuana smoke odor everywhere - I think we were probably high with them....the noise level is terrible, the heavy drinking , just not our cup of tea. I am so happy that Princess is returning to Galveston this year- we are already booked on 3 cruises with them. I will say the food on the Carnival ship was very good and they do have a smoke free casino annex which was a good place to be.

We have had good luck getting cheaper business class tickets on EZ Air. The prices change almost daily so that should be a consideration in deciding. I would check for a while before buying a ticket.

The Ruby is fine. We are booked for 3 upcoming cruises on her from Galveston. We were on her in July and aside from the rust on the hull of the ship , it was wonderful. Skywalker's Lounge is great. I saw did not see anything dirty - this is an older ship but everything we experienced was just fine. Our cabin had no issues. We actually like the older ships better than the newest ones. Give Galveston a try - the fares are great!

So sorry for your loss. At least he passed doing what he loved and Princess medical staff did their best. Stay strong.

Since the return to cruising, we have been on 8 cruises and everything is still wonderful! Just go and have a great time! Welcome back.

We have done over 40 cruises on Princess and never once had to discard a plastic bottle.

We boarded the caribbean Princess in August in Quebec City-I had a plastic water bottle in my bag and was asked to discard it but they have plastic bottles on the ship....does not make sense.

We were on the enchanted Sept 17 to 24th ...Had no issues with the internet. It was slower than what I have at home but still decent connectiviity. I do not send files and pics ....
