Today, I was on hold for over 4 hours and finally had to hang up. I should have selected the call back option. I will call back tomorrow morning before I need to leave for the day and do that after I hold for 40 minutes or so. Trying to book two casino offers - will do both of them at the same time b/c of the ridiculous hold times.

For Princess, it is for every $2 gambled, you get one point - that is on the slots as I am well aware.....we get comp cruises a lot - the problem is calling and trying to book them . At present , I have been on hold for over 4 hours.

I wish Princess would read these posts and also the surveys that we send...Seems non smoking is the way to go...

Fun maybe...but we have found the payouts tend to be better on the smoking side....

First time to Maya Chan - have been to Costa Maya many times . the beach at Mahahual is just fine and closer to the port. We will be there again in a little over a week. will just go to Mahahual.

We were there a few weeks ago - the seaweed was awful...the water was so dirty from it that we would not go in. Personally, we thought it overpriced....we do not drink alcohol so early in the day.....Food was mediocre at best....they were trying really hard to clean up the beach but to little avail. Not recommended.

Yes, on our recent confirmation my husband's name was misspelled so not matching his passport. After over 40 cruises with Princess, now they cannot spell his name correctly....It was an easy fix though.

I called them a few days ago..was on hold a very long time then pushed the button for a call back. Someone called me back within 20 minutes..From now on, I will use that feature .I have also called them as soon as they open and that works well.

WE took 6 cruises on Princess in 2022..they were all great!!!

It takes a few seconds to switch between devices - just off a cruise on Sunday and did it all the time. no big deal. Give it a shot!

Do not drink that much...always pay gratuities and one of us uses Wifi but the extra princess plus has special desserts which we do not need, we go to the gym every day so do not need fitness classes, have had hundreds of photos taken in the past 40 plus cruises and really a juice bar is full of sugar so no need for that. so yes, princess plus is fine but the so called upgrade is not necessary.....we are not foodies so no need for specialty dining. I get it that we are probably in the minority for this but let's hope the OBC does not go away as almost all our cruises are gifted from the casino anyway. Enjoy!!!

I was given a kindle and did not like using it.....just love turning the pages. LOL

Lucky lady - I would gladly drive it anywhere!!!

I never could get used to a kindle - I just love turning the pages of a book so I take several books and then see what the library has and then exchange them....

It doesn't happen that often...not a big deal.

Usually it has a lot of books and also a place to exchange the ones that you have read. It is a really nice library...also has puzzles.

Totally different = not an analogy at all. the store would be liable. Princess did not give you covid - another person did and you should travel at your own risk.

I cannot understand being compensated for getting covid. It was your choice to travel and Princess did not make you do it.
