    We always book a balcony as high and forward as we can get. There is very little foot traffic. We have only had one occasion with noisy kids in the next cabin. It only lasted a few minutes.

    Elevators!! People that that don't allow people to exit before they barge in.. Also, when an elevator is full, the people that want to squeeze in. Sometimes you are just going to have to wait until the crowd dies down or take the stairs.

    Well, darn. We're looking at Princess. I would think they would match loyalty status because they are part of the same corporation.

    Which cruise lines will honor your status. ie., Platinum/Diamond, with Carnival?

    Meanwhile, they are eliminating our benefits and raising prices. Some of my complaints of Carnival are the failure to enforce the rules, ie., the Plat/Diamond party, kids in Serenity area, chair hogs, rowdy, unattended kids.

    How do non plans and diamonds get into the parry? I thought you could only bring a cabin mate.

    I have long hair and I wrap a piece across my eyes in the morning. Built in face mask. 😆😅

    We had Androids and no one could make the chat feature work. Our cruise buddies had the exact same phone and theirs worked. The GS said they had run into the problem of not being able to access the chat feature a few times. Maybe it was sun spots or something as to why ours didn't work. 🙃

    Again, I'm going to ask if they can substitute real for the artificial salmon.

    Go straight to cabin to drop off carry on. Go to lido to get a FunShip, get something to eat. That's all.

    Yeah, they haven't done this for years.

    The Hub may work. We tried using the chat feature on the Magic and it didn't work. We took our phones down to GS and two people there couldn't get it to work either. We were refunded our money.

    They haven't offered a special plastic glass in a while.

    Let me piggy back on this question. If you have a check in time of say 12:00 and arrive at 11:00. Do you have to wait til noon to board or is there a priority line? We're going to be at the mercy of a hotel shuttle to get to the port.

    The hubs and I really enjoy the Dream class atriums. Actually, it was an easy decision to switch to the Magic.

    We had a Vista cruise scheduled for May out of Canaveral. We were anxious to sail her for the first time. However, after seeing that the Magic was scheduled back to Miami, we canceled Vista and booked Magic. This will be our second sailing on her. We thoroughly enjoyed our last cruise on the Magic and look forward to sailing her again.

    I've never attended a tea time. Is this an everyday thing or just once a cruise?

    On my first cruise, I remember seeing the special lounge for 10 and over cruises. I thought to myself, why would anyone cruise that much. After that cruise, I have been cruising as often as I can. I turn platinum on our next one.

    Some of the perks have been removed on the Freedom Atlantic crossing due to so many plats and diamonds aboard. I do see a time that the program will be revamped.

    I have to admit that I have let the balcony door slam. The first time I go out on the balcony after boarding. It only takes me 1 time to be reminded how heavy the door is and how it slams.

    The poke sounds good, but I wonder if they would replace the vegan salmon for real salmon.

    She may have been hyper sensitive, however, I have heard of vegetarians complaining when people bbq in their yards and they can smell the meat. I'm truly not trying to be argumentative, I'm curious. BTW, one of my favorite place is eat here is a vegetarian restaurant.
