  1. Please refer to my original post. I posted a course for course comparison with the PG menu vs Capital Grille. My rebuttal was to the "$10,000 cover charge." Bring it in with the PG vs. land-based restaurant comparison. Don't try to entertain a logical fallacy.
  2. I get all the cruises in regular Chrome, Firefox, Bing browser, and Dolphin. I'm sorry that you have bad cookies. I could post screenshots for each browser, but that seems mean.
  3. If you want to get to the Legendary Voyages info without fighting with the HAL website, use these two links. The Legendary Voyages page is here. https://www.hollandamerica.com/en/us/cruise-deals/legendary-voyages The PDF brochure is here: https://www.hollandamerica.com/content/dam/hal/marketing-assets/PDFs/2025-2026-HAL-Legacy-Voyages-Planner-052424.pdf
  4. I'm not the one who compared the Pinnacle Grill to land based restaurants. The OP did. I just took a local steakhouse, that's part of a small national chain to make the comparison. My post addresses the point. I also did not throw in our mortgage, maintenance, property taxes, and insurance. I can if you want. We have ocean views and a balcony and everything. That would be more apples to apples. After all, your throwing the whole cost of the cruise with one meal. (Probably need to put the cost of the car and valet parking on my side of the ledger, since we can't walk to the restaurant.) In all seriousness, the OP said that the PG is approaching the cost of a land based restaurant. I simply chose a comparable restaurant with comparable service. The I took a comparable set of courses. DW reminded me that the Capital Grille calculation doesn't include the Clothesline Bacon we usually share. However, the Capital Grille doesn't have anything to compare with the "meat curtain."
  5. Right now, at the Capital Grille in Fort Lauderdale, shrimp cocktail is $20. Lobster bisque is $16 for a cup and $22 for a bowl. A filet in the same size served at the PG is $57. Sides range from $13 - $16 each. Desserts are $14-$17. Thar puts me at about $140 - $150 pp for dinner (2 sides). Cocktails and wine are higher as well. Service expected to be 20%. 6. Android 10 hit end of life in February 2023. It entered service in 2019.
  7. I've seen it as a tasting menu with a price, but this clearly marked a la carte. (It could be wrong in the app though.)
  8. I've seen the dinner menu, which was posted by @Crew News I'm curious about the a la carte. I wonder if it's going to be like the Nami Sushi a la carte.
  9. DW just noticed this in the Navigator app yesterday for our 7 Day Caribbean in mid-March. No menu link yet in the app. Nothing on the HAL website. (😯 Behold my shocked face.) We also have Morimoto at Sea listed for Tamarind. I'm surprised to see so many pop-ups for Tamarind on a short cruise, but our week is paired with 14 Day East / West itineraries. Edited to add that we're on the Nieuw Statendam over St. Patrick's Day.
  10. If you are outside of final payment you can refare your cruise. If you had the Elite Beverage Package, you probably had premium Wi-Fi and prepaid gratuities as well. You'd give those up and get whatever the current offer is.
  11. Only the total on the booking confirmation. A HAL rep can see the breakdown, buy it does not print on the booking confirmation form.
  12. Carry a Sharpie marker and circle something if they miss your instructions. I try to be as nice as possible because it can't be fun doing laundry for hundreds of people. (I'm not wild about doing it at home and there are only two of us.)
  13. Darn! I was hoping for an Enormodam with a rock wall and go carts.
  14. You have to add it via your TA or PCC. The Eurodam does not have a dedicated Club Orange dining room.
  15. Are any of the pointy category V verandah available for 3 passengers? The layout is bed / sofa / desk, all along the long wall. I took photos of 7058 on the Rotterdam. It's only a double, but pretend the sofa opens up and you'll have an idea of how the triple would work. The triples are on 8, 6 & 5. The ones on 8 in the back third of the ship would be my last choice. https://halfacts.com/pinnacle-class/7058-rotterdam/
  16. Gotcha. Thank you. I don't use the CC email notifications. That's why I was confused.
  17. Have your TA or PCC put a Link code on both bookings and reference each segment in the remarks.
  18. The advice on the 9 available is solid. A lot of your travel booking systems are built on top of SABRE. It only allocated 1 digit to availability. When you see a 9, it could mean any number nine or higher. 8 or less matches the available cabins. The character limitations are also why people with long names have theirs truncated. (Side note: If you have a hyphenated last name and you breed with another hyphenated last name person, your spawn may have travel troubles in the future.)
  19. Our specialty dining reservations opened around 5 months out. As a general rule, I start looking 6 months out though. Also, I always join the CC roll call for my cruises. There's usually someone there who is more Type A than me and notices first.
  20. Not a you have HIA+, but for standard HIA, yes.
  21. About a half hour later, I had an answer. The water did not count toward the total. I also found out that they have printed versions of the the Beverage Package handout on the ship. That's the PDF I posted earlier in the thread.
