My wife is deathly allergic and in 60 cruises it has never been an issue

In your own cabin I doubt the dust will affect anyone else unless you are on your balcony

Boarding times just showed up 11:30 to 3;30 we will plan on barding around 2;00 or 2:30

The casual meals depend on the ship we sail mostly Grand class ships so it is only Vines and Gastropub on most ships and we are not fond of the Gastropub. On some ships like the Coral the only casual venues are pop ups I believe. Because of that and the fact that I drink Woodford bourbon and my wife drinks Grey Goose Vodka so we are fine with te Plus package and we rarely cruise for less than 2 weeks

I would make sure they are pre packaged

Even as an adult I have had no issues with sleeping on the pull out sofa

With all the peanut allergies out there I have not seen them at bars for several years My wife will have issues just from the dust in the air

Don’t believe the dollar amounts shown as savings. The Plus package for us is really the drinks, WiFi and tips. For people who like cocktails it is a great deal for non drinkers it is questionable

2 specialty dinners on a 16 day cruise does not make up for a lot in my opinion. The Coral is a very popular ship for Panama and there will be lines at 4:45 for people who just have to eat early. You may get some gratuity charges on the amount of any drink over your limit. We cruise in full suites and love the Reserve dining area we have never waited mor than a few minutes for a table. Also be aware the only casual dining areas on the Coral are pop ups unless something has changed

No fine print but be aware the portions are large in my opinion. I usually have an app, a main or pasta and desert. If you have a complimentary dinner then the cost is zero and 18% of zero is zero

This is not exactly the start of a season. We are sailing from Vancouver on April 14 to Hawaii. Also if you are at the Pan Pacific I am willing to bet you will be going up to the ship not down. The lines usually use convention halls for check in

Or when you are sailing with a cheap friend at least a friend for now

When we win big we spend big

I would grab something at the IC or do a door hanger for a really early hour

Also remember the canal is one day the cruise if a full transit is 15-16 days. Love having the balcony for more than just the transit

What are you calling a Reserve package there is no such animal. Are you referring to Plus or Premier packages anyone in any cabin can have one of them

You say casino denizens like it is a bad thing. By the way the offers are going backwards. Instead of getting free balconies and $1,000 per person free play we now see $250-$400 and sometime only free insides. The line wants us on board because they know if we hit something big we will celebrate at speciality restaurants and buy jewelry

Yes the only cold call I ever got was from these bozos. If something comes up that my CVP knows I would be interested in she contacts me directly

Plus and Premier packages allow for up to 15 alcoholic drinks a day. You can get bottles of water at any bar on ship and stack them up in your cabin we easily go through 3 bottles a day or more. Coffee and sodas also are unlimited

I actually hate to spend any money in Florida and pay all those taxes but that is where the ships sail from and I really like canal cruises

Certain cabin types sell out really fast like aft suites. If you want one you have to book early

Back in the 1990’s I was running a $50 a day bar bill and that was when drinks were $5. Packages allow to cruise more. I you don’t like don’t buy them

Enjoy we sail in 11 days Hawaii RT from Vancouver. For canal cruises we prefer to get the long plane flight out of the way early

Even without coffee, water,soda or casual meals if you have at least 3-4 drinks a day you are ahead of the game Don’t see those folks logic I am just glad we don’t have to pay by the drink anymore. We would each have a bar bill over $100 per day

I can’t find that one Jan 2025. I only see FLL to LA one day after we leave on the Coral
