Many of us need our 15 drinks. The mini bar would not even last one day for us. We travel in suites and always get the plus package

I would say it is much better than the Chefs dinner it is a wonderful experience. But test it is no longer a suite perk and of course it only exists on 2 ships

At this point as far as I know there is no fixed dining on the Enchanted. All 3 have the same menu and you can ask for a shared table if you want -
Then don’t add it till you are on board. Same price problem solved

If you are a gambler like me you would always want to keep up on sorts scores. Since I get a free cruise it is a lot cheaper to pay for the plus and also get a bunch of drinks. I don’t know a lot of gamblers who like a drink or 5 or 7 or 9

I really hope it works out for you but I would never rely on a response from corporate would ever relate to a situation on ship. That’s why we never rely on emails but ask questions on board sometimes daily. 50 cruises and no one has gotten sick yet -
Remember those people who gamble a lot are paying 30% to 100% less in their cruise fare than you did

Try that on a 15-21 day cruise and the difference really adds up and you still only get 2 specialty dinners. Plus for us all the way

4 drinks a day makes you an ideal candidate for the plus package. That plus tips plus WiFi is a savings right there

You can add plus packages after final payment and even add it on embarkation day. So why not be able to cancel it ? I really can find any reason to not have plus

They are never always tapped and nothing to swipe.

I would consider plus as an add on like spa or excursion and as such you should be able to cancel without penalty

Exact cruise ships are no different from land based restaurants or deli counters in grocery stores. Every ingredient is hardly ever mentioned -
Another thing to look at is what ship you are on and what drinks do you like. If you are on a Grand Class ship with only 2 casual dining venues and your normal drinks are under $15 then in my mind the Plus package is all I need and that is what we book. I don’t know who you travel with but if passenger one takes a package then passenger 2 must also
