Those lounges are very small and not really set up with plumbing. What would you put in there ? Remember most are right next to the smoking area of the casino
Sorry but when I walked past the Crown Grille at 5:30 it was at least 80% full at 7:45 it was less than 20% full. I have still been able to get reservations on a same day basis and always have
Just saying that they run the actual casino a computer spits out offers and they really having nothing to do with that. Also deals change not just with points but with overall ships booking. Now that ships are sailing full we are no longer seeing $1,000 free play offers even though our play is consistent
Be very careful booking with future cruise department on board. They are not Princess employees and are not up to date with all the details and rules. They promise a lot of things that they cannot deliver
We will continue to eat at the Bottticelli dining room around 8:00 where we know we will be treated with respect and where the managers set a much better tone
45 minutes to an hour is not last minute. I spent many a year working in restaurants and it was assumed that clearing and doing side work after close was expected. Harassing diners to order an hour or so before closing is abuse of customers and will create less tips believe me. We went to Botticelli dining at an hour before closing and were treated wonderfully. It is the Manager in Reserve Class that is the problem. As we used to say “The fish stinks from the head”
Lahaina is basically a wasteland at this point. Any ships sailing to Maui are stopping in Kahului They will have similar tours but many will take more time due to location
I don’t understand why a casino cruise or suites have anything to do with judging walking into Sabatini’s at 8:00 and being seated. They don’t know our cabin assignment until we are asked to pay
16 day cruise. We don’t take anything under 10 days. I am willing to bet most of the people having issues are on short trips on the larger ships. Eating later also helps. Most of there’s folks seem to want to eat at 5:00 sharp. Obviously they cannot all be accommodated. We never eat before 7:30
Sold out over a month ago. Every other venue like theatre, Explorers, Piazza etc are jammed. Take longer cruises and no problems getting in. I am willing to bet the issues only exist a on short cruises
Usually we love Reserve dining. No wait good service. However we are currently on the Ruby and after one experience in the Reserve area we have abandoned it for normal MDR. They are supposed to be open till 9:00. We walked in at 8:15 and the were trying to close up. Give a menu and 30 seconds to order Manager was rude felt pressured to gobble down dinner and leave. Almost 2 weeks left and we will not go back. W went to Botticelli dining room at 8:00 last night and were treated like gold
