Not us, look at the app, if nothing is on there we care for we go to either Windjammer or one of the specialty restaurants.

That's disappointing then if that is the case when even 2 or 3 days out the menu on the app isn't up to date since someone deciding to go to the dining room that evening for a certain main entree is looking at the current app and it isn't there. I hope that is not the case.

Don't think the actual temperature will be that bad, low 40's but it might be the 20kt to 30 kt Winds you will have around Cape Horn which will really make it feel cold.

Found a good blogger on Youtube that is on the World Cruise. You will want to follow these people, they are making very good video's on what they are doing on each port. We were on one HAL cruise before a awhile ago, but don't remember the hull being that dark.

From lifeboats up it looks like a cruise ship, but they could have came up with a better color paint to paint the hull.

Was that the Panama Canal Cruise? That itinerary was messed with from the start, suppose to have an overnight in Cabo, did you at least get to spend one day there or was that one of the ports skipped because I know they tender there?

That is so true the 1st week after Thanksgiving is traditionally one of the lowest price wise weeks to cruise that there is. We used to always cruise that week when we were younger.

She was on Jewel on the Greenland Cruise this past September. She was very Funny!! She had to sit down for part of the show because the ship was really rocking, kind of added to the show watching here fumble around the stage trying to stand put. 🙂 Did you catch her name? Want to look to see if she has anything on Youtube?

I think you are better off skipping on the MDR from the start, just take your chances at the Windjammer, where there are alot more choices and you might hit on one. MDR has gone down hill , not worth going in there anymore in my opinion.
