  1. I would be asking on the NCL board, as this really doesn't have anything to do with the Panama Canal. https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/64-norwegian-cruise-line/
  2. WiFi and drinks not included, except at the welcome aboard cocktail party. From the HAL website: https://www.hollandamerica.com/en_US/suites-staterooms.html
  3. Either HAL or Princess, because they have Glacier Bay. Plus the Princess cruise has College Fjord in addition to Glacier Bay.
  4. Most the ships are heading out of the Caribbean in May, unless they are among the few that live there all year. Agree on the Med...I just rarely think of cruising the Med then.
  5. You can use OBC to pay for any charges against your room, except casino.
  6. As @LHT28, for the Caribbean, its November, and up to mid December. Other places have dramatically different seasons. Alaska, early May or October, for example. Europe, same.
  7. Yes, if you qualify as "Priority" .
  8. Just a half a dozen threads down the board. Side doesn't matter at all, although some prefer aft:
  9. I was asked to review all the excursions on our NS cruise this July/August, and did review them. But not sure where the reviews go and can be viewed.
  10. Yes, based on our experience, and many others have reported the same here.
  11. Check your previous posts where you ask about Club Orange.
  12. Third time in 3 days? People have given you links to info on your previous posts...
  13. Plus, they can occasionally stock brews native to the area of the cruise, although they won't be craft.
  14. Doesn't matter in the least. You will be too far off shore the vast majority of the time.
  15. Just flew them both SFO-YYZ, and from YYZ on to CPH. Food both domestic and international was better than most US airlines. Service was very good. Lie flat seats are comfortable...as good as most US airlines. Only problem was from YYZ to CPH my inflight entertainment system was dead, for which I received compensation. DW's was fine. Otherwise their Business class product is pretty good.
  16. Hmmm...seems high. We park at SFO for $13-15 per day....that is about average for the off site parking. Surprised they are charging $25/day.
  17. If you look on the West Coast Departures board, there are lots of discussions on parking.

    Whales!

Change your plans from what, to what? The whale watch vendors don't usually start their specific whale watch cruises until early December. However, many of them do snorkel trips and you might see some whales while on those trips. The whales have been coming earlier and earlier. However, it is not in large numbers, so yes, your chances of seeing whales the next few weeks are definitely slimmer than in the December through March normal season. The numbers of whales in the area in the "season" is probably in the thousands, and the vendors do truly guarantee sightings. We have whale watched in season about 20 times...never went without seeing whales. Nowhere near those numbers now. Maui is the better area for whale watching, off Lahaina, or out of Ma'alaea Harbor, which is the closer area to where POA docks. Kona isn't bad, but its usually rougher there, and not as many whales as Lahaina area.
  19. How about a tablet? Smaller...can handle much of what you might need to do. We have traveled around the world with tablets for many, many years now.
  20. Check your map. In Ft Lauderdale, the airport is west and slightly south of the cruise terminals area.
  21. Come over to the P&O board, here: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/332-pampo-cruises-australia/
  22. Only you can decide that. From a veranda to a Neptune is more than double the space. Plus laundry, Neptune Lounge, and a number of other things. We would also need to know what the cost to upgrade is.
