I can't imagine that they would be that generous and have free laundromats. They probably have not had time to complete the installation of token machinery/dispensers.

It was probably because the token dispensers were not working properly at the time???

We have used EZair many times over the years for our international flights and (knock-on-wood), we have never experienced any problems. We usually book Business Class and sometimes First Class depending on price. We have not found cheaper flights anywhere else.

The matching loyalty perk is definitely a nice touch. For us, the short itineraries would be something difficult to overcome. Since retiring, our typical cruise is at least 30 days long. When we do a cruise of 15 days or less, it is always out of our LA homeport. Maybe they'll deploy a ship on the west coast to give us west coasters a shot at trying them?

They will put a basket of free tokens in the laundry room when the dispenser is not working.

Yes, they are open. You use your Medallion to purchase tokens from the dispenser in the laundry room.

On the 6th, they should be updating the web site by deleting all of the protocols for cruises departing prior to the 6th. Maybe they will take the opportunity to update the protocols for cruises departing after the 6th???

Hopefully, they will update their web site after Sept 6th. There are lots of us that board in Rome (with ports in Greece) after you and are in "limbo" regarding the pre-boarding testing. 🥺

We both wear very comfortable jogger type pants to fly in. Because we travel so frequently, we have Global Entry which gives us TSA Pre-check. So, no need to take off a belt (which I usually do not wear with jogger's) or shoes.
