We had lunch again today at the Seafood Bar. Luckily, we were among the first to be seated at 11:30 as they opened. Our sushi was as good as it was a few days ago. However, the bar was quickly overwhelmed with guests and they were deep in the weeds. Our neighbors at the bar counter had been waiting for quite awhile for their orders when we departed. There was quite a line of folks waiting for seats. It probably didn't help that today we are experiencing some bumpy seas and it is much cooler and windy outdoors.

We frequently write letters to commend crew members and mail them to VP of Guest Services at the corporate office.

Yes, he is with a group of autistic young adults. Their "house mother" is with the group from NorCal.

We have not heard any talk of covid. However, while returning to our cabin yesterday we walked past a masked-up (and wearing gloves) nurse carrying the dreaded swab test carrying case. We are very familiar with that carrying case!

We tried all of the bar venues a couple of times each. Salty Dog Bar was the winner! 🍷

We have been given a daily patter in our cabin.

The negative side of the Salty Dog Bar is that there are only 7 bar stools. Sometimes it's difficult to get a seat!😬

Bar tip: In our opinion, the best bartender on the ship is Valentino at the Salty Dog Bar.

We had a great today at the Mango Deck. Drinks, food and entertainment were over the top! Our granddaughter caught a 10 inch mackerel with her bare hands!

No reservations required. We sat at the counter, as we found the tables and low chairs to be uncomfortable.

We are currently on the Discovery and in Cabo today for an overnight stay. Water shuttles are going to run until noon tomorrow.

Currently on the Discovery. Fettucini Alfredo still on the menu here. Our granddaughter had it last night, she loves it!

We are currently on the Discovery and had lunch at the Seafood bar a few days ago. It was really good for cruise ship sushi and we will have lunch there again on Thursday.

We review itineraries as soon as they are released. If we see one that we like, we book it. We check pricing at least once per week. If we see a lower fare, we either re-fare or re-book. But, for the longer itineraries that we are booking it is very rare now to see lower fares.
