  1. Enjoy your cruises and the post cruise drive between Melbourne & Adelaide. The Great Ocean Road has some spectacular scenery and quite a bit of history. Lots to see in both Melbourne & Adelaide. Having seen many of your posts, I'm sure you will have researched your trip well.
  2. Didn't notice any on Eclipse in December in a Celebrity Suite. I wasn't looking for it as I always carry a couple of my own.

    New website.

I cannot see my account number, loyalty points, status, past cruises - nothing but cruises to book, regardless of what I search for!
  4. Mine has disappeared also, along with all my history.
  5. We had the same in December. So looks like another thing has changed this year.

    New website.

I have had both emails and reset my password. Never needed a password to access the website before, only to access "My Azamara" which has now disappeared along with my cruise history and points. "our website is fully operational" however, the following in my mind does not equate with "fully operational" : Coming Soon: Ability to make payments online Coming Soon: Update your reservation information online Coming Soon: Ability to see Loyalty status and points
  7. From the original post : "Do they allow kids 4-7 everyday? Kind of defeats the purpose of an adult only area. They have an ENTIRE main pool area to use! And of course people bend the rules. Already had a dad place a tot in the hot tub at 2 pm to splash around with my husband and I." followed later by : "Things escalated to the family members encouraging the child to jump in the hot tub to purposely splash me. The father then said to my husband he is going to make it his personal mission to destroy our trip." Nothing to do with taking school age children out of school, so just how has this topic got and stayed so far off topic? Perhaps it is time for it to be closed to further comment.

    New website.

We must have been posting at the same time! I guess the date difference could be explained by time zone differences : UK 5 hours ahead of East Coast USA so the update will be available to you on the same day. East Coast Australia 15 hours ahead of East Coast USA so we will get the update a day (date) later. At least our email did include the Australian contact details.

    New website.

Then there is this relevant bit from the email received 10 minutes ago : "We are thrilled to announce that we are putting the final touches on our revamped website and expect to go live with the new booking tool on 23 March, 2023. Our team is working to bring you the latest features and updates to enhance your cruising experience." Copied and pasted, the bold print as it is in the email.
  10. The word you have spelled out used to mean a bundle of sticks tied together as fuel. F-----ing is used in embroidery.
  11. Is anyone currently able to book online during the separation of Azamara and Celebrity, 16th to 20th inclusive? Perhaps try again on 21st.
  12. Apart from "your" - "you're" - St Patrick's Day is 17th March. The offer is 2 days late in Canada.
  13. We cruised on Quest from 6 to 19 February, Sydney to Perth. Starlink was expected to be installed during the following cruise, Perth to Hong Kong.
  14. That's very disappointing for you both! I walked in from the ship in 2019. It was a good hike! I recollect the cruise on Pursuit was from Rio to Lisbon. On behalf of the ship's crew Ryszard donated several bicycles to the youth of the port area. Very strange that the two later arrivals both had shuttles, but you being furthest away had none!
  15. Pre-covid I have had a glass of wine delivered to an Oceanview room with a meal.
  16. The daily planner is called "The Insider" and is left in your room each evening for the following day.
  17. newly-hired - may be the problem here, if like a number of others she has come into the position with no training. Rather than "Cruises on Celebrity would be separated out and removed from Azamara's system, and Azamara cruises would be removed from Celebrity's system." what we have been told is that from the beginning of February 2023, new Celebrity cruises will no longer be included in Azamara's numbers and new Azamara cruises will no longer be included in Celebrity's numbers. If she is correct in what she appears to be saying (past cruises from the other line will be removed), there will be an absolute uproar!!!🤬 As has been said by several, what she has said does not equate to what has been communicated by both Azamara and Celebrity to their club members. I think days have been used rather than number of cruises for a while now. Top on our recent cruise was 775, with second and third in the mid 500's and mid 400's.
  18. And my Celebrity cruise from December shows on "My Azamara."
  19. Your corks will still be moist, but I would bet your cellar is never subjected to the movement of a ship where it is safer to store bottles with the neck down rather than level. Good looking collection! 😊
  20. "Spa workers do not get a share." But there is an automatic 18% gratuity added to any treatment PLUS a line for the unsuspecting to add another gratuity!
  21. Tapas in the Living Room at 5, not 4? Afternoon Tea from 2.30 to 4.30.

    New website.

That's the same as we have. No response from any of the sources I have emailed. Not good enough when they say "up to 10 days for points to appear"

    New website.

That's just not good enough when they suggest "up to 10 days for points to appear"
  24. Baynanno1

    New website.

Still waiting for points from our Quest Sydney to Perth that finished 3 weeks ago today. Have written to several areas over the past week, but no response from any. Keen to have the points visible prior to the IT change!
