  1. TA' s can purchase wine for their clients at discounted rates. These bottles are exempted from any corkage fees.
  2. The normal 5 year drydocks where they are only doing the basic mechanical checks and certifications only take 3 weeks.
  3. Royal won't release that but yes there are a few families on board. My clients with 3 kids under 8 booked 2 rooms.
  4. I know that there are a few sailings out there right now where the refundable rate is the same as the non refundable. You won't see the refundable rate option. I've had it default automatically to the refundable rate.
  5. You have to wait until you board to make reservations. Go to one restaurant and make all your reservations there.
  6. Hi Michelle The only 2 8 day itineraries I see are Oct 12 and Nov 9th Christmas 7 day itineraries are Dec 22 and Dec 29th
  7. Nope. Only the couple 8 night sailings paired with a 6. Nothing longer...at least for Harmony
  8. On the 7 day itineraries they can't. The other itinerary with Jamaica and Grand Cayman does not work since OA class does not tender and if they tried to do Jamaica it would be an itinerary with 2 ports. An 8 day opens things up a bit.
  9. Maybe for those that don't cruise from Galveston but for those that do and have been stuck with the same old Cozumel, Costa Maya and Roatan for years this will be a nice change
  10. 8 day itineraries starting fall 2024 from Galveston going to Perfect Day.
  11. Find a TA that will do all the work for you, keep track of everything, rebate you the Tour Conductor credit and give you some extra OBC over and above the group OBC.
  12. The Best price guarantee refers to bookings made after final payment or for outside final payment for countries that do not allow price drops prior to final payment.
  13. There is https://creative.rccl.com/Sales/Royal/General_Info/NRD_FCC_FAQs.pdf
  14. It is only if you outright cancel that the entire deposit is forfeit. If you change the ship or sail date then it is still the $100 pp penalty.
  15. A TA can only offer refundable deposits on Junior suites and below which is no different than what the cruise line offers. There is absolutely no difference. You may get a lower rate from the TA for that refundable fare if it is a category that they are holding group space in.
  16. Dear Diamond Plus Members, As we reflect on 2022, there is so much to be thankful for. Our full fleet is back in service and our ships are once again bustling with happy guests making memories that will last a lifetime. The Crown & Anchor® Society continues to grow as we welcome new members each day and existing members continue to sail. And while we are excited for the growth of our program, we must remain mindful of our onboard operations to ensure that we continue to deliver the award-winning experience you know and love. One of the published benefits of Diamond Plus members has been access to the Concierge Lounge on ships that lack a Suite Lounge, including: Quantum of the Seas Anthem of the Seas Ovation of the Seas Radiance of the Seas Brilliance of the Seas Serenade of the Seas Jewel of the Seas Explorer of the Seas Grandeur of the Seas Enchantment of the Seas Rhapsody of the Seas Vision of the Seas Access has been largely based on guest count and lounge capacity levels, which are assessed on a voyage-by-voyage basis. Due to high counts of top-tier members on most sailings, we have had to limit access to the Concierge Lounge altogether. As a result, we have made the decision to standardize Concierge and Suite Lounge access across the fleet. This means that beginning on sailings departing on or after December 16th, 2022, both Concierge and Suite Lounge access on all ships will be limited to eligible Suite guests and Pinnacle Club members only. This change is reflected on our updated Member Benefits Grid. Sincerely, Crown & Anchor Society
