  1. This was definitely an issue during Covid with all the FCC's that were being issued after final payment or being sble to cancel nrd bookings without penalty.
  2. What you stated sbout FCC's was correct up until July however the non refundable deposits now are 100% forfeited if they cancel. No FCC's are issued. Definitely should be booking refundable.
  3. It's all automated off your reservation number. Neither the LA or anyone on board has to send anything to Miami for you to get your points.
  4. Just had a Symphony block delivered today and it is the normal Oasis class silhouette not the squished version that they had been using. Definitely looks much nicer.
  5. Received our Symphony block today from a March sailing but was not requested until July
  6. All rooms that sleep 4 on Oasis class have the bed by the bath.
  7. That is for Q class. On Oasis class all cabins that sleep 4 have the bed by the bath. Cabins for 2 can have the bed by the balcony or by the bath.
  8. Yes, prior to final. Don't pay in full until final
  9. where there is only one space blocked it is usually a linin closet for the cabin stewards. It is not a room.
  10. Not surecwhy you quoted me in this post. Taken on context what I posted was correct for a new cruiser. In a subsequent post I mentioned that existing cruisers get the shared status immediately.
  11. This does not apply to those enrolling due to relationship status. Relationship status is added immediately even prior to them sailing.
  12. You can mow sign up in advance of your cruise and are listed as pre gold.
  13. Not sure if having Global entry and TSA pre has anything to do with it.
  14. I have flown with 6 blocks now in total both in checked and carry on and never checked or had luggage opened
  15. I hope you enjoy your holiday sailing as much as we do, not really that much different than the March break cruises in terms of kids on board so I know you are used to that. It's been a while since we've done a NYE sailing as we are mostly Christmas week tjr way it eorks eith the schedukes and Vikki having to be back to work.. We will be heading home from a week on Wonder as you board Harmony.
  16. He will need to have you sign waivers at the sports desk. They will issue him a wristband for the flowrider.
  17. It is not necessary to link them. The only thing thst reservations need to be linked for is dining so that you are seated at the same table. On the app just go to "dont see your reservation" and add the reservation you want to do the check in for.
  18. Yes it is appx 24 hours. I have seen many sailings available the day before.
  19. This is also our experience having eaten there a half dozen times.
  20. This might factor in\to your decision. Harmony has regular cabins that can accommodate 5. The only cabins that can accommodate 5 on the Odyssey are some if the suites. Depending on when you are sailing there is a Kids sail free on so on Harmony all 3 kids would be free while on Odyssey you would need to get 2 rooms and only one child would be free.
  21. I would go with glitch. They will never sell out of the beverage package.
  22. Standby lists mean that things are sold out and you are waiting for a spot to open up and if one does then you get called. There are waitlists (sane as standby) that you can get put on in the event that a category is sold out but there is no such thing as what you were describing.
