Hey there roomie! Yep, Pebbles and I are roomies on the float. And no we don’t really know each other except from on here. OK, OK we had lunch once when her family was around my home area. Took me awhile to come around and agree to come along. But I was having serious FOMO and as the saying goes "Resistance is Futile."

Thanks a bunch for taking us along for the ride. I had fun.

I was aware that the prices can be fixed. As they are in many places around the world. I have been to many islands and countries on five different cruise lines. Not my first rodeo. And as noted in my post above I was not asking for transportation to a particular point. I have never had a problem until this instance. I also have had some wonderful people give me tours of a lifetime. This post is meant to warn others about this particular person. And as a public service announcement that if you are not going to a place that is posted, it would be best to get proof of the agreed upon price.

The man’s name is Felix. As he said, "Not the cat". We agreed on a price for an island tour. My original tour bailed on me. I made the mistake and told him how much that tour was to be. I stated to him I was not going to pay him that much because I wanted a shorter tour. And we agreed on a lesser amount. Had a great time but when we got back, he stated that I owed him the amount of the other tour. We went back and forth. I ended up paying him the amount of the bailed tour. I even went to the tour supervisor and told them about what went on. The supervisor lied and said that he was there when we agreed on the price. No, the supervisor was not there. But I just chalked it up to me being caught in a scam. Now I record what the quote is on my phone. DO NOT GO WITH FELIX on St, Thomas. The funny thing is that right as I am getting ready to go, I asked Felix if I could take his picture to post online to show everyone what a rip-off artist looked like. He immediately covered his face and ran away. But I do have a picture of him.

I think you may have it right on the food thing. I sailed Valiant first and Scarlett second. And liked Vaillant’s food better. Especially the butter chicken.😆

Love me VV's Butter Chicken. I've had it only twice. Once was good and another time it was amazing.
